I very rarely have to repeat my work which is a time saver. Quite frequently it ends up being an issue with the pharmacy and not this prescriber. Pros Ease of use once you learn the particulars. You can access it anytime day or night. Very rarely has this product been unavailable for use. Cons I still struggle with having to reset the password to get in as well as the password for my controlled substances. It also is disheartening when you click the VIP button, but then you actually have to go through and check the authenticator again and put those numbers in the appropriate spot instead of the alternative quicker way.
