Pros

MDToolbox integrates well with my electronic health record. I have not had any functionality issues.

Cons

Cumbersome process to enroll supervising physician. Required multiple rounds of phone calls to correct concerns. Minimal onboarding training.

Pros

This is a very well-priced program to prescribe medicine. It is not that hard to use and very accessible

Cons

There are features that are hard to use. Also, medications are not well listed and pharmacies are not always found

It was easy to learn, and it is easy to use.

Pros

1\. Very user friendly 2. Flexibility in writing directions for client

Cons

1) Having to click two tabs to send off a prescription. 2) Doesn't integrate with our EHR 3) Very difficult to find and print client's med list 4) Inability to copy and paste client's med list into EHR 5) Would like to enter number of days and platform calculates and inserts number of meds ordered

Generally positive. I very rarely have to repeat my work which is a time saver. Quite frequently it ends up being an issue with the pharmacy and not this prescriber.

Pros

Ease of use once you learn the particulars. You can access it anytime day or night. Very rarely has this product been unavailable for use.

Cons

I still struggle with having to reset the password to get in as well as the password for my controlled substances. It also is disheartening when you click the VIP button, but then you actually have to go through and check the authenticator again and put those numbers in the appropriate spot instead of the alternative quicker way.

Pros

What I like most about MDToolbox Rx is the simplicity of the software, good quality, and is user friendly.

Cons

If I have to choose one thing that I wish was better with MDToolbox-Rx would be the refill notifications.

So far, despite of minute imperfection, I would still utilize this program or app compared to other online Rx ordering.

Pros

Easily find the medication and placed orders for patients. It helps locate the patient's pharmacy of choice.

Cons

I didn't like the fact that medication names are written in small letters instead of first initial in caps.
