Pros: Gorilla desk is very easy to use and we have found if we have questions or issues they are quick to respond and help us in anyway they can. It has totally helped our business grow and make it easier to manage your clients and customers. I would recommend it to anyone else looking for software for their business .

Overall: They're continuing to improve the product with new updates constantly. Anything we have wanted different it ended up becoming a new feature that they have added.

Pros: Ease of use. The company is willing to listen to the customers and add new features that the customers need. Which is huge. That is a game changer. The system does everything I need it to, scheduling, emailing, invoicing, accounts receivables, etc. Unless you have a custom CRM made and pay 20 grand, this is the best one I have found. And I have worked with many PC companies.

I am delighted with Gorilla Desk! It just makes complete sense!

Pros: Gorilla Desk is super intuitive. If you don't understand something the support team quickly responds with help! It is a simple and logically designed software. We have been in business for two years and I initially went with a different software that was an absolute nightmare. Switching to Gorilla Desk was so easy and a great decision. I wish that I had selected Gorilla Desk initially!

Overall: I use this software to run the business office of our family-owned pest control business. I love this product.

Pros: In operation for 20 years with over 800 contract sites, scheduling work and Reporting had become a nightmare.
I looked for Field software at tradeshows and online for years and never found one that was 1) easy to use and 2) that would do (and only do) all the operations involved in a pest control intervention.
I tried out nearly 20 systems and GD stood out. Very few menus/tabs, yet everything is there: quotes, invoices, scheduling, drag and drop jobs, location map for Techs and Customers, Customised Service Reports with photographs, signature on mobile phones, Service History, Template emails, mobile app, etc.

Menus: so intuitive and simple to use that one can go learn everything in a few hours without any need to contact support.
GD developers managed to make something complex work simply, which most other programmers fail to do. Some of us don't even like using computers or do not have time to train staff, and for that reason every effort should be made to simplify the functionality of a software. GD owners run a pest business, and for that reason they understood what the software should do and how it should look.

I used to work 50-60 hours a week and since we started to use GD in July I am now down to around 40 hours. Our staff in the office and on the road also love using GD, and customers are very impressed with the reporting.
So well done the GD team and many many thanks for the impact you have on our day to day lives!

Cons: 1) Text service (for appointment reminder to customers) is not available in Europe yet.
2) Generic template emails could offer more fields to choose from (e.g. site address, etc.)
3) Time-off blocks could be better (colours, editable etc.)
4) You cannot check Service History (past reports) from the mobile app
But what can I say... these are details in the overall picture: this software simply goes beyond any expectations a pest control operator may have.

Overall: Efficiency - time saving.
Cut down paperwork and emailing tremendously
Improvement of company's image
Happier staff and management
More quotes / business leads / recommendations

Pros: Easy to learn to use - self explanatory for the most part- love that you are able to click and drag jobs to different technicians as that makes arranging the schedule much more easier!

Cons: You can't see if a customer receives a text that is sent as a reminder - so if they say they have not received the reminder via text I have no way to prove if they actual did receive it and if they did not why they didn't.

Pros: I love the ability to update and charge customer accounts on my phone, instead of spending two to three hours back at the office at the end of a long hot day. The customer support has been great. Someone gets back to me withing a very short period of time compared to my previous software tech support. Tech support has reached out to me, just to check on my status with the software.

Cons: I don't have any cons so far, but I'm still learning the software. I wish i had gone to Gorilla Desk years ago (if i had known about it). I found Gdesk by a google search.

Overall: Runs on a iMac and iphone. Awesome product. I can add jobe to current customers and add new customer (customers neighbor) on the fly with my phone app.

Pros: I like it's easy to use, the price is great, no contract, i can have multiple users with no extra fees, and more importantly, they offer a very proactive customer support team. They called me several times as they noticed i had multiple issues and when I finally was available, the help offered was outstanding. Much better than pestpac and tech routes that I've used before.

Overall: It allows me to organize all data from my customers, make appointments, set up reminders and schedule ongoing services for my customers.

Pros: I just want to say how happy i am with GD. It's so easy for customers to pay...the last two months I haven't have ANY PAST DUE accounts! What?! I've had customers rave about our company, how we're a small company, with big technology! It really gives us that polished look that sets us a bar above the rest. I just can't say enough great things about GD.

Cons: The darned time off blocks! You can't edit them, you have to delete and create a new one.

Cons: That the app cant perform all the functions of the full site, its only a minor annoyance but it would help the guy in the field be less dependant on the office

Pros: Route optimization, automatic e-mails.

Cons: I would like to see a feature on the mobile app that lets you add materials while in the field; also integration with your contact list would be nice.

Overall: I own a small pest control company and switched to this platform from a quickbooks/google calendar set up. Before I signed up I tried their 30 day trial, and the customer support was nothing short of AMAZING! They answered all of my questions over several phone calls.

Transitioning my company was easy, and they offered to handle setting up my account on their end. The layout and add-ons offered take care of everything I struggled with on my old set-up. The major selling point for me is the route optimization feature. With a few clicks, I can optimize my route for the month to run in the most efficient way possible.

The companion app for phones/tablets is set up fantastically for a field tech. Gives you access to everything you'd need while on the road. They recently added to sync your schedule with Google Calendars as well, which is quite useful.

Anytime I've had a problem or question, support has gotten back to me very quickly with an answer/resolution. I can't say enough how friendly and helpful everyone I've talked to has been.

I actually started with the Pro plan to try things out, and intended on dropping to the basic plan once I got everything set up. I decided that the benefits that you receive with the Pro plan more than compensate for the slight cost increase, and it's definitely worth keeping long-term.

My only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger and set this up sooner.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time and set the system up properly. It saves you so much time with paperwork if you build jobs/services/materials accurately

To clarify Mike's Con You can add materials to jobs on the mobile app. What he is referring to is you must at this time add your starting materials to the desktop version and then you'll have them for use in the mobile app.

Pros: This is the simplest software that we've ever used. Our office was fully trained in just 2 days!

Cons: We haven't found any problems with Gorilla Desk.

Overall: We're a 20 employee company that's used several different programs to run our business. We found Gorilla Desk after becoming exhausted with our previous software company's lack of progress at integrating their systems into the "age of technology". We never expected Gorilla Desk to perform as well as it does, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the program! We highly recommend Gorilla Desk to everyone.

Overall: For years a looked for a software / app that w
as simple to use. My industry had only 3 software companies that specialized in my trade. They all had the same problems; all were too complexe, large learning curve, and too difficult to navigate. After trials and interviews they all sucked. For instances - in 2014 you could only open a companies program on a windows computer (not a Mac) and only on Internet Explorer (not Chrome).......crazy!

Finally! I found Gorilla Desk, the software is light, it's simple, and easy to navigate. For new company start ups or not so tech savvy individuals, Gorilla Desks setup process was sooo easy! My techs had a easy time understanding the system. I can pull a clients history, schedule anywhere. It's great for a one man company who is always on the go.

Recommendations to other buyers: This company is legit. I had another company; they charged for EVERYTHING! If that wasn't enough, every time I added a program they would make me sign another 2 year contract.

Pros: It is intuitive, therefore it is easy to train all employees to use it. It is pleasing to the eyes.

Overall: I have been able to expand into 7 markets in 5 years with the help of a Gorilla. My staff and I are managing all of these locations from one central office with ease. There is no way I would be able to do this without Gorilladesk. It has helped me to scale the business in a way that would have been far more complicated and costly otherwise. I have been told at state inspections that the system we use and the invoices that are generated are "perfect" and "beautiful". The Documentation is complete, paperless, and secure. Gorilladesk is truly a gift from God.

Comments: After signing up and transferring our customers over to this program, we found out that it was incapable of billing apartments and a few other commercial clients that we currently have. They also could not customize invoices to reflect anything other than a number. Pretty disappointed overall.

Overall: Gorilla Desk is the one-stop, all time best scheduling and accounts receivable software I've ever used for any service industry.

The experience is phenomenal, the staff and support is always right there when I need them, and I feel as if i'm part of a family as opposed to just another "customer".

I highly recommend this product to anyone, but part of me wants to keep it secret because of how great it is, I feel as if it's a diamond in my pocket.

The Android app is also 100% perfect, and I've used quiet a bit of apps from other scheduling software.

I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who's looking to grow from the ground up, all the way to large business' serving thousands of customers and accounts.

Overall: I picked this software up and started right away without any training. Gorrilladesk is so functional easy to use, even my young children learned to use it in minutes, scheduling appointments for me. But don't let its Simplicity fool you. Cons: recording of weather and then one day I work up it was on the app So nothing!

Overall: Since I was young I have always been in management. I have made a lot of Companies more money thru the years by working smarter. This software will ad to your bottom line.. Well worth the cost. BEST TECH SUPPORT EVER! You will love this program. My guys love this program.

Pros: Ease of use and general simplicity

Cons: Occasional bugs, but GorillaDesk was always quick to respond, resolve the issue and open to feedback.

Overall: I used gorilladesk for scheduling and billing for a mosquito control business. As with any software there is a bit of a learning curve at the start but once you get the hang of it it is super simple and easy to use.

Pros: I love all the stats and how to print work orders and invoices! Our clients love paying online and availability of auto pay.

Cons: One thing that I'd like to see improved is personalized emails. I'd like to have canned emails that go out with saved wording specific to the service rendered.

Overall: I came in to run my dad's pest control company and new very little about business or pest control! In large part because of Gorilladesk I now am the COO and keep close stats on everything that's going on! Our techs love the program and I love it and it's changed our business dramatically

Comments: GorillaDesk is simply the easiest, and most effective Pest Management business solution I've ever used. It is the key reason behind running an efficient operation, with easy communication with customers, resulting in a higher percentage of repeat business.

Comments: I have been industry for years and I have used a lot of different software, and as of late PestPac. Yeah, most are clumsy and frustrating, not to mention over priced, albeit there¿s never been a lot of alternatives. Now there is! ...and GorillaDesk runs circles around them. It is Incredibly powerful, it works seamlessly across all platforms, and yet it¿s extremely simple to use. Thanks!

Comments: GorillaDesk is very easy to use and simple to master. We love the scheduling and routing functions! And we don't have to use multiple softwares like we did before because GorillaDesk has this great emailing, invoicing and reporting systems. Everyone (the technicians and office staff) can communicate within the software as well so information is not lost and we can keep track of everything that is happening on all the client accounts. And we appreciate the great customer service too!

Comments: After using PestPac for years and becoming increasingly disgruntled with their system, service, and pricing, we decided to look around and trial other different pest control / service business software packages that worked better at better value. Once we stumbled through a few unsuccessfully that couldn't do everything we needed, we found GorillaDesk. Not only is the scheduling function of this software infinitely easier and more intuitive than what we were using before, but the invoicing, emailing, and reporting systems in GorillaDesk are all packaged together and becoming more robust every day. We handle everything through GorillaDesk now, including multiple touch points for follow up or marketing initiatives to our clients, using the easy to use email system integrated right in to the software. It's also very easy to scale up as our company continues to grow with more routes and technicians. Not to mention, it's very easy to train new people to use the system, saving us lots of time and heartache. Nothing but great things to say about GorillaDesk and the support team! Thanks a million!!

Comments: Gorilla Desk has made my life in the office so much better. It is easy to use, very friendly. Nothing is hard about it yet it does everything it needs to for it to be efficient. In fact, it is so much better than the other software that we have used in the past, I have been able to do everything myself and not have to hire another employee due to the fact that Gorilla is so efficient. Comments: I have been using gorilla desk for about a year now and I'm very happy with it. I was trying to manage 500 customers on Excel and missing stops because of it. Its only $49 per month for 1 route, and can send out automated scheduling emails and invoices, even to sms. I have previously worked for orkin, terminix, massey, and home team, and looked into pest pac, and gorilladesk is by far superior to anything I have previously used.

Comments: This software is the total package. From scheduling to customizable invoicing to routing. This program was well thought out by someone who knows the service business. I use it to run my small pest control company in Miami with 3 technicians. If I ever have any issues I simply call the owner of the company and he walks me through what to do over the phone. That's great customer service! If you're currently using a different software, give the 30 day free trial a go. It'll sell itself.

Comments: When I started my company I went in search of a software to keep track of my customers and my schedule. I tried a dozen or more options, but they all fell short of my needs. Some didn't do basic things that I needed, while other were so complicated you would need hours of training to understand how to use it. Gorilladesk was different. It gave me all I needed in a simple to use package and at a price I could afford as a startup business. To top it off, the customer service was exemplary! They took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions at no charge. They seemed to genuinely care about my business and success and even took some small suggestions I made and implemented them into the program. I could not recommend this program and its develooment team any higher! A+ on all accounts!

Comments: GorillaDesk is simple, easy to learn and use. Saving time is #1 for small business owners and this software platform does exactly that. My morning routine is well¿ no longer a routine. No more hand written scheduling, bulk invoice printing, creating schedule materials for techs¿ simply put, far less clutter. I can see my desk again.
