"i would avoid using this software"

**Overall:** terrible customer service, always running into problems with the system

**Pros:** sets up routes and invoices. i would give the company no stars if possible

**Cons:** customer services is terrible. When something happens or is down they dont notify you. You have to wait for yourself to run into the problem and bring it up to them to let you know, they already knew.
