Pros

The mobile app works great. Snap a photo of the property. Automatically generated next device irder once service is completed. Accepts all types of payment from app. Email invoice. Quickbooks sync is a lifesaver and is completed with one click. Stripe add on works perfectly. Scheduler is easy to use.

Cons

In the mobile app I wish I could long press appointments in the scheduler to drag them to a new time frame like you can on the desktop version. There are no real cons at all. I'm just being picky

The quick and efficient customer service, the ability to keep customer information, the ability to pull it up on my phone, computer, and other devices.

Cons

That I can only have one user/administrator. I think you can pay to add more users but I already pay the monthly fee to use the software, I don't want to have to pay more per user.

When I started my company I went in search of a software to keep track of my customers and my schedule. I tried a dozen or more options, but they all fell short of my needs. Some didn't do basic things that I needed, while other were so complicated you would need hours of training to understand how to use it. Gorilladesk was different. It gave me all I needed in a simple to use package and at a price I could afford as a startup business. To top it off, the customer service was exemplary! They took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions at no charge. They seemed to genuinely care about my business and success and even took some small suggestions I made and implemented them into the program. I could not recommend this program and its develooment team any higher! A+ on all accounts!

Pros

I just want to say how happy i am with GD. It's so easy for customers to pay...the last two months I haven't have ANY PAST DUE accounts! What?! I've had customers rave about our company, how we're a small company, with big technology! It really gives us that polished look that sets us a bar above the rest. I just can't say enough great things about GD.

Cons

The darned time off blocks! You can't edit them, you have to delete and create a new one.

My experience has been phenomenal. The customer service at gorilla desk has hit it out of the park for me. They respond very quickly and get troubleshooting taken care of almost immediately.

Pros

Ease of use. The software has been designed in a way that getting around from task to task is very simple. My efficiency has already doubled in a weeks time. Can't wait to see what I think in a month or two.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet. Love this software!

I picked this software up and started right away without any training. Gorrilladesk is so functional easy to use, even my young children learned to use it in minutes, scheduling appointments for me. But don't let its Simplicity fool you. This software handles everything needed to run a business and it just keeps getting better.

It's operated by a company that cares, improvements are made on it all the time

The software is still young

Strong customer support in the beginning. They exported my customer database from by old software to GorillaDesk and once the customers are scheduled it works well.

Pros

It's ease of use. You can learn the program very quickly. It has lessened my work load so much. My book work is completed in quarter of the time.

Cons

The one thing I wish gorilla desk had is more functions on the mobile app. I would like to be able to view and print reports from my mobile device. That is the only thing I would change. Everything else about gorilla desk is wonderful

Easy to understand, integrated, easy to use, good price, great customer service, just a really great product

Cons

That the app cant perform all the functions of the full site, its only a minor annoyance but it would help the guy in the field be less dependant on the office

Ease of communication between office and technicians.

Pros

Easy to use on variety of formats. I work from a desktop in the office, the guys use phones in the field and everyone has access to the same information

Cons

Can not go back to view a sent email . Add email for realtor with email going to buyer would be helpful.

Time savings!!!!!

Pros

GorillaDesk is very easy to use and simple to master. We love the scheduling and routing functions! And we don't have to use multiple softwares like we did before because GorillaDesk has this great emailing, invoicing and reporting systems. Everyone (the technicians and office staff) can communicate within the software as well so information is not lost and we can keep track of everything that is happening on all the client accounts. And we appreciate the great customer service too!

This software is the total package. From scheduling to customizable invoicing to routing. This program was well thought out by someone who knows the service business. I use it to run my small pest control company in Miami with 3 technicians. If I ever have any issues I simply call the owner of the company and he walks me through what to do over the phone. That's great customer service! If you're currently using a different software, give the 30 day free trial a go. It'll sell itself.
