Easy, clean program. We love the email invoicing and the partnering with stripe. We receive a lot of positive feedback about how easy it is for our customers to pay using the embedded stripe link.

Pros

I have used two other pest control software programs, they were too complicated and difficult to use. Gorilla Desk is the complete opposite, very easy to use and streamlines our customer database and invoicing system.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to send out an invoice for a customer for a particular property that didn't show the account balance on the invoice. We have a lot of property managers that we do business with and this causes confusion for their clients when they send them the invoice.

Pros

ease of use and streamline a lot of the different factors of pest control into one system. route optimizer is nice and give you a lot of flexibility to customize after it works.. overall the support team is excellent, there are some things they can't do but they tell exactly why and it makes sense...great people for pest control companies..

Cons

some of the features cost extra and they don't have a way to review previous email sent through it. it does not send auto receipt online payments.

Pros

This software really helped us streamline and improve upon our collections and A/R. It has reduced the daily job responsibilities for our office staff.

Cons

Some of the credits/syncing can be difficult, however, they are constantly working on improvements and updates.

I wish that I know what all of the buttons and features were designed for. I don’t alway under stand what to purpose of some of the features are.

Pros

Gorilla Desk is easy to use & understand, it doesn't require hour of training. It makes scheduling, billing and notifying the client easy. It can be customized to fit the services our business offers.

Cons

One thing that would be nice is to be able to do more customization in the design of the invoices and/or the estimates.

Helps me run my business without a secretary!

Pros

Ease of use and customer service. This is point and click software, super easy to learn. When you don't know how to do something, customer service is "Johnny on the spot". I was most impressed when, in the first 60 days, someone was actually reviewing my services and calling me to make recommendations to ensure I was getting the most from the software. That was awesome!

Cons

Some features that are only available when you upgrade to the more expensive version are needed by smaller companies, but the price for the pro version is not in the budget for the really small operations like mine.

They're continuing to improve the product with new updates constantly. Anything we have wanted different it ended up becoming a new feature that they have added.

Pros

Gorilla desk is very easy to use and we have found if we have questions or issues they are quick to respond and help us in anyway they can. It has totally helped our business grow and make it easier to manage your clients and customers. I would recommend it to anyone else looking for software for their business .

Converting all paperwork to digital cloud based pdfs

Pros

The simplicity of the program and the absolutely amazing customer service. Rep and the team are constantly reaching out to the customer base to see what features we would like added and they're constantly turning out new features.

Cons

We're a small company so we're only paying for two schedules which isn't that bad, but as the company grows you have to pay for individual schedules which add up easily with multiple techs.

Being able to do daily business and routes with ease. Follow ups of customers.

Pros

Being able to be paperless. Our techs can do everything on their tablets. The fact that even our call center can schedule our clients. The user friendly features of this software. Just wish it could also be available in french but we love it anyways.

Cons

I wish we could customise reports as we want and need them with different fields that we could tick on or off for every kind of reports.

It's so easy to use. The clients love it. I'm so glad I went this route for my business.

Cons

My route I'd in the California Desert sometimes I go to areas with no reception and I have to wait til the end of the day to input 17 stops. Kinda of sucks but it does not take long.

I like the fact that I can track my techs. The ease of use is great! Tech support is AWSOME! Also the face that they listen when you have a suggestion shows me that they are really interested in putting out a quality produce that has as many of the necessary features that most companies will need

Cons

Some very necessary features need to be added or tweaked. Not all features are accessible from the app.

Not so much of A con now with the recent update. But there is no way to upload a document that may have been printed and signed them emailed back prior to the ability to have estimates digitally signed.

Ease of use and functionality . Very intuitive software. The program allows us to be paperless and saves 8-10 Man hours a week minimum.

Cons

Occasionally there is down time when upgrading system. They offer support during these times and they are less frequent in occurrence than they used to be.

Cons

I couldn't find phrases that I can add and use where I need them. For example, that in the notes space, it should be pre-written words that I can choose when I need them.

Being able to pull up my customers information and edit it wherever I am. Accepting payments at the time of service, and running every kind of reports I need.

Cons

I wish I could adjust more customer information like addresses and such in the app. I also don't like that when I'm in a area with poor reception I can hardly do anything. I wish there was a offline mode that will save information until you can get into a better area.

There is not an easier way to create jobs when already in customer data base. Have to back out from payment acceptance in order to add a job
