It's not great. I think it's over priced for what I have to use it for. Just need it to print tickets monthly and can't do that without extra charges for more stuff I don't need. It's ridiculous.

Pros

Easy to use on variety of formats. I work from a desktop in the office, the guys use phones in the field and everyone has access to the same information

Cons

I don't love the part that something's are not easy to find but customer service is always there to help. And I wash the billing for separate services all came out at once and not on separate days

It allows me to organize all data from my customers, make appointments, set up reminders and schedule ongoing services for my customers.

Pros

I like it's easy to use, the price is great, no contract, i can have multiple users with no extra fees, and more importantly, they offer a very proactive customer support team. They called me several times as they noticed i had multiple issues and when I finally was available, the help offered was outstanding. Much better than pestpac and tech routes that I've used before.

Pros

Simple, ease of use, documents, little to no time to learn when you come from other complicated software like pestroutes. This has the potential to be the best on the market, you can tell the owner cares/listens to his clients. Help is always a phone call away, and I've never been on hold once.

Cons

Credit card needs auto pay, there should be a way to schedule a quote for a lead without turning them into a customer, turning off reminders/emails should be easier it's a little hidden & you should be able to turn off late payment reminders for certain customers if you want... for whatever reason, custom documents... I'll pay you to design them... just design it don't make me do it! Lol

Cons

Connected with stripe only and Stripe does not have phone support although stripe is not affiliated with GorillaDesk so no real cons using GD software

I love working with this software. Their helpdesk is just amazing, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Pros

The ease with which the system can be operated is really heaven sent. This software has saved a whole bunch of time that would generally be used doing the old traditional paperwork. I absolutely love it. The automatic emails are just the icing on the top.

Cons

Some more features would have been nice but it still works. Also, if as job has been completed, there isn't a way to edit or go back to that invoice.

After using PestPac for years and becoming increasingly disgruntled with their system, service, and pricing, we decided to look around and trial other different pest control / service business software packages that worked better at better value. Once we stumbled through a few unsuccessfully that couldn't do everything we needed, we found GorillaDesk. Not only is the scheduling function of this software infinitely easier and more intuitive than what we were using before, but the invoicing, emailing, and reporting systems in GorillaDesk are all packaged together and becoming more robust every day. We handle everything through GorillaDesk now, including multiple touch points for follow up or marketing initiatives to our clients, using the easy to use email system integrated right in to the software. It's also very easy to scale up as our company continues to grow with more routes and technicians. Not to mention, it's very easy to train new people to use the system, saving us lots of time and heartache. Nothing but great things to say about GorillaDesk and the support team! Thanks a million!!

Great for keeping your schedule on track. Also the ability to follow money owed in real time makes collections easy.

Cons

Certain functions can only be done on the desktop version, which is not easy to navigate on a phone or tablet. Need to be able to have more than one email address attached to an account.

The only negative experience I have had using gorilladesk was using the QuickBooks sync option. It worked great but it was unnecessary for my business needs.

Gorilla Desk is the one-stop, all time best scheduling and accounts receivable software I've ever used for any service industry. The experience is phenomenal, the staff and support is always right there when I need them, and I feel as if i'm part of a family as opposed to just another "customer". I highly recommend this product to anyone, but part of me wants to keep it secret because of how great it is, I feel as if it's a diamond in my pocket. The Android app is also 100% perfect, and I've used quiet a bit of apps from other scheduling software. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who's looking to grow from the ground up, all the way to large business' serving thousands of customers and accounts.

Pros

There were other pest control software programs I demoed before deciding on GorillaDesk. One in particular had more features, more powerful, similar price point. The decision came down to overall ease of use. I recall a time when I used to be a pc fan (Microsoft) until a friend of mine talked me into getting a Mac. I did and my life just got easier. Gorilla Desk has a little of that "intuitive Apple-like" way it functions. There's a learning curve but it just isn't so steep. And by the way, it's plenty powerful and probably all most pco's ever need.

Pros

They are quick to answer any questions you may have at any given time and you can also call them if you like. By far, chatting with them is a great feature and all IT staff are patient and great! They also offer many good "How To" links via video demonstations.

Cons

There are a few kinks that need to be worked out with scheduling and there are some features that aren't included that would be a common thing have (i.e. on customers invoices, it would be nice to show when their service date is or, what form of payment was used when paying for an invoice, etc.)

Man! where to start? These folks are easy to deal with no pressure to buy. After you buy the follow up is amazing, they are always a phone call away. Do yourself a Favor and take a long look at this product.

Runs on a iMac and iphone. Awesome product. I can add jobe to current customers and add new customer (customers neighbor) on the fly with my phone app.

Pros

I love the ability to update and charge customer accounts on my phone, instead of spending two to three hours back at the office at the end of a long hot day. The customer support has been great. Someone gets back to me withing a very short period of time compared to my previous software tech support. Tech support has reached out to me, just to check on my status with the software.
