Excellent! We have enjoyed working with the team and feel like they are a viable recruitment partner at a fair price.

Pros

The platform is easy to navigate and the team is always open to feedback. We've had two successful new hires so far and expect more. Great customer service!

Cons

No cons as the dev team welcomes feedback and looks for solutions. There is a process involved to allow for nuances of our talent searches based on our industry and they have been very accommodating.

Pros

SquarePeg was able to find talent for us locally, in a market that was not easy to source in. The platform made it time, efficient to prescreen candidates, and intuitive to track them at all stages. It helped us hire a fantastic software engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina, and was only marginally more expensive than posting on a standard job board. We had almost considered sending this role to agency, but thankfully we found SquarePeg instead!

Cons

There were several candidates who started applying on Square Peg, who did not complete their application. I would have loved to have seen these candidates as well!

Pros

The product is easy to use & helps to find quality applicants.

Cons

I wish it was easier to set up meetings with Google Cal via the platform.

Pros

We've had a few different folks in this role over the last several years. SquarePeg helped us find the strongest candidate we ever had in this role, and we hired that person. SquarePeg also helped us source a competitive candidate pool around that hire. Strong quality and quantity.

As the only recruiter on my team, SquarePeg has been a huge help. No matter what, I know that I am being introduced to high quality candidates even when I am not sourcing. The user interface is very straightforward, and the team has been in constant communication to make sure that the candidates applying are relevant.

Pros

We were looking to grow the team quickly. Other options were ineffective or cost 20% of first years salary per hire. With SquarePeg we made multiple hires within a few months and the pricing was very affordable. I would recommend it to any growing startup.

Cons

One improvement could be the email feature, however we primarily used SquarePeg as a sourcing tool since we pay for another ATS so this did not matter very much.

Had an excellent trial with SquarePeg and can see this becoming part of our hiring toolkit when we resume hiring efforts. The volume of high-quality candidates was high — one of the highest initial screening pastorates I've seen across different departments.

Pros

SquarePeg did an excellent job bringing us a strong flow of top-tier candidates.

Cons

I had no real complaints with the platform.

Pros

SquarePeg has been an incredible new partner for us in 2023. The partnership and dedication of the team has helped our small business focus on our priorities and positively impacting our hiring efficiency. We’ve successfully hired 6 new hires through SquarePeg and look forward to many more! Awesome time saver, easy to navigate technology and collaboration. Feels like I have a true partner without adding recruiting staff to our team.

Cons

Would love a widget we could embed in our careers page instead of launching a squarepeg sub page. Ability to search for names (we often get referrals and can be tricky to search for specific candidates).

SquarePeg's software allows us to manage our job postings, applications and resumes all in one place helping to simplify the process of recruitment and hiring. We love that they assist in vetting qualified candidates, ultimately saving us time and cost. We couldn't be happier with the support received from the SquarePeg team and the overall tech layout of the platform.

Pros

Customer service support is top notch, and the ease of use of the product is great. For a low price, I feel like I am getting great features helping me in my recruiting efforts.

Cons

Sometimes the resumes that are vetted and applied to my job positions are not qualified or are irrelevant. SquarePeg continues to work on this feature, and over time, I've seen continuous improvement.

The experience was positive and the team supportive. All my questions were addressed in a timely manner and the integration to our ATS was seamless. We were up in running in less than a day or two.

Pros

I liked how the platform not only sources candidates through job posting but all through passive recruiting effort and email campaigns to drive pipeline.

Cons

The integration into our ATS didn't show the same UI with regards to ranking as is seen on the SquarePeg platform.

Where traditional recruiting services fall short on technology and transparency, SquarePeg has an easy-to-use interface with real-time insights. Their sourcing and screening processes were seamless extensions of our own, promoting a positive candidate experience.

Pros

SquarePeg is refreshing because it combines the functions of job board aggregation, sourcing, and screening candidates for a flat monthly fee per job posting.

Cons

SquarePeg easily exceeded the expectations we laid out for them. There were no shortcomings.
