Positive. Always found customer support helpful. Plenty of resources to figure things out for non urgent challenges.

Pros

Offers Value for money with its ton of features. Continued development since inception. Very supportive community of users plus founders offer support via educational workshops.

Cons

No shopping cart feature which would have enabled selling course linked items such as books and art supplies ( my courses are art workshops)

I like it a lot and am very used to it now, but it definitely needs some more work

Pros

The ease of creating a course and the fact that an instructor can have full ownership of this, making it easier from an admin aspect

Cons

There are many times that the software glitches during creation especially when transferring website design to real website view.

Over all good features but very poor technical support.

Pros

Good features and once you learn their platform, relatively easy to use. You do need to know some coding to get the full benefits.

Cons

The site itself provides some good features, however, there is absolutely no way to contact them for tech support. They don't respond to technical support emails and don't live up to their 24 to 48 hour response time. We moved our site to use a custom domain and they promised to set up the SSL certificate within 24 to 48 hours. It's been a week, emailed their support, and nothing. Would not recommend these guys.

Reasons for choosing Zenler

It seemed more comprehensive and easier to set up at first.

Pros

Allows creation of interactive SCORM compliant, e-Learning courses with PowerPoint . Permits 24/7 sharing on the web and mobile devices.

Cons

Learning curve is a little steep at the beginning and there is no gamification nor access to storyboarding functionality.

Pros

In our organization we were accustomed to using software such as PowerPoint or Keynote. Once we discovered this software we find it extremely useful and it helps us a lot. It accepts almost any document format !!

Cons

Once you start using it, you are extremely excited about everything that helps you, however, since it has so many functionalities you can lose it by looking for some specific ones.

Creating awesome eLearning pieces in no time.... And you wont need an expert to do so!

Pros

Its easy and simple to use, at least at the beginning... If you know how to use PowerPoint or Keynote, you will have no problems using this software!! You can add all kinds of formats and contents, and export to a variety of file formats...

Cons

As you start using it, you will find it has lots of functions and features. Sometimes its difficult to search and find the specific option you need. But.... If you contact them, they will help you ASAP! Besides, you cal always watch youtube tutorials!

I became the manager and administrator of an online school without any software knowledge at all. I gain independence and my knowledge production is now mine.

Pros

It's easy to use, to manage and organize. No fuzz about complicated instructions. You have your own online school in a few clicks. perfect if you produce your own content. You can create coupons for your courses, customize your landing page, about page and front page easily. Manage students and instructors never have been so simple.

Pros

The opportunity to grow your audience, sharing knowledge and making money before investing it. Customization options and overall design. Responsiveness.

Cons

Sometimes I find hard to find the options I'm looking for. It could be easier to use by having different templates or more drag and drop options when designing schools.
