February 2, 2018 5.0 I became the manager and administrator of an online school without any software knowledge at all. I gain independence and my knowledge production is now mine. Pros It's easy to use, to manage and organize. No fuzz about complicated instructions. You have your own online school in a few clicks. perfect if you produce your own content. You can create coupons for your courses, customize your landing page, about page and front page easily. Manage students and instructors never have been so simple. Review Source SD Soma D. Plenty of resources to figure things out for non urgent challenges. Pros Offers Value for money with its ton of features. Continued development since inception. Very supportive community of users plus founders offer support via educational workshops. Cons No shopping cart feature which would have enabled selling course linked items such as books and art supplies ( my courses are art workshops) Switched from [Thinkific](https://www.capterra.com/p/132888/Thinkific/) Loved thinkific but found them expensive for the features I needed. Pros Good features and once you learn their platform, relatively easy to use. You do need to know some coding to get the full benefits. Cons The site itself provides some good features, however, there is absolutely no way to contact them for tech support. They don't respond to technical support emails and don't live up to their 24 to 48 hour response time. We moved our site to use a custom domain and they promised to set up the SSL certificate within 24 to 48 hours. It's been a week, emailed their support, and nothing. Would not recommend these guys. Sometimes its difficult to search and find the specific option you need. But.... If you contact them, they will help you ASAP! Besides, you cal always watch youtube tutorials! Cons Once you start using it, you are extremely excited about everything that helps you, however, since it has so many functionalities you can lose it by looking for some specific ones. Permits 24/7 sharing on the web and mobile devices. Cons Learning curve is a little steep at the beginning and there is no gamification nor access to storyboarding functionality.
