The overall experience has been positive. The help section within the ClinicTracker team is quick on most questions.

Pros

ClinicTracker allows for all documentation to be linked via the client file. This allows for audit reviews to be provided with ease.

Cons

Unfortuantely, newly developed forms cannot be uploaded and modified in the system. When diagnosing, the system does not have a "met criteria" section. Some electronic systems allow for the diagnostic criteria to have a checklist associated with each diagnosis. This checklist associates with the diagnostic criteria identified in the DSM 5. This allows for the support to be provided and justified in selecting the proper diagnosis.

I was informed that I would be able to upload the already existing forms via PDF and develop them; however, that was not the case. Our forms come directly from the federal government and must be identical to the formatting.

Satisfied with my overall experience and looking forward to potential upgrades as we move forward in our new system.

Pros

The Staff is very knowledgeable with their product and always Professional with their customers. They take the time to look into our concerns and resolve them as best as possible to suit our needs which includes updates to their system. Friendly, Professional and Prompt Assistance. Working in ClinicTracker is user Friendly although; I look forward to more enhancements and updates to run a more smoother billing program.

Cons

Clinictracker edits that include adding, updating, or deleting insurance information and Authorizations. These edits or updates are not able to transfer all the billing information automatically to all appropriate areas involving the Billing process. Manual updates or extra steps are required depending if the appointment was already created, transitioned and / or billed however; some enhancements have already been put in place for a smoother transition and easier fix as well as the Development Team being focused on continued improvement and future capabilities throughout the entire clinical and billing system..

My overall experience has been excellent. As someone new to this field, I truly appreciated how patient and supportive the billing team has been throughout the learning process. They never made me feel rushed and always took the time to explain things thoroughly. Combined with the responsive support and helpful training, it's been a very positive and smooth experience.

Pros

What I like most about ClinicTracker is the team is consistently prompt and responsive. Any time we have requested additional training, they've delivered it thoroughly and effectively. Everyone I have interacted with has been very personable and knowledgeable, always making the process smooth and efficient. Our billing team has the patience of a saint!

Cons

There isn't anything I would say i like the least. Sometimes being able to navigate to the same action and having three different ways to complete can get a bit frustrating. However, at the same time I like the fact that there are multiple ways to complete a task.

I did not find it difficult to use but it's not the most user friendly. I would like if it was updated.

Pros

The automatic reminders to clients. This helps the client remember their appointments each week and gives them access to their portal.

Cons

Too many things to click and issues with recurring appts. When a recurring appt is changed it should not affect past appointments already completed.

I have been using ClinicTracker EHR since 2018. ClinicTracker EHR is a complex system but it is capable to provide you with a capability of creating your clinical forms, reports, staff forms, patient portal, eprescribe, billing, group and individual appointments. Basically everything that a provider needs.

Pros

I do love their support, they are fast and very helpful. I love their webinars and ability to ask live questions. They are always working on improving Clinic/Billing Tracker and are open to provider's feedback on any new suggestions!

Cons

It takes some time getting used to, but not impossible. This is a complex system with many different features capturing all of the components of the behavioral health agency.

Your technical support is world‑class It's feature-rich, specialized for behavioral health, and highly customizable, with strong support and solid value. The trade-offs are in the initial setup, occasional technical hiccups, and add-on costs for pre-built modules. If you're agile enough to invest time and tech resources, this system can become the backbone of your behavioral health practice.

Pros

Clinic Tracker software is easy to use and user‑friendly... robust initial training ClinicTracker support was there for us, ready to launch on time.I’m impressed with their commitment to quality and customer care The software was very user-friendly, intuitive, and came with the support we needed

Cons

Launching it is not plug‑and‑play Modules like treatment plans, crisis plans, or diagnostic assessments don’t work well out of the box; often, you'll need custom pay-for tweaks.

Overall, clinictracker is a huge step up from where we were before. It has a lot of potential and meets most of our needs.

Pros

It allows me and my supervisors to share information about our clients with ease. The dashboards allow for personalized setup for my needs.

Cons

There were some instances where I had to choose from a drop down menu instead of having the option to type in a more accurate situation for clients.

Overall after 8 months we enjoy the product. The support staff are very responsive and helpful. The support is what sets you apart from other EMR's.

Pros

Versatile for our practice. The ability to customize fields and the billing tracker portion is very easy to navigate.

Cons

Report customization is not always easy. Notes development and the printed version could be better. The portal is a work in progress, still not where I would like to see it

I use ClinicTracker everyday. While easy to maneuver, it is very glitchy, which causes extra work and corrections.

Pros

What I like most about Clininc Tracker is the fact that it is easy to navigate. Clinic Tracker is straight forward, customizable, and easy to maneuver.

Cons

What I like least about Clininc Tracker is the fact that it is very glitchy. There has been several instances where there have been issues and bugs, such as removing staff assignments.

I have loved them and they are the only system I will use in my private practice. They have been responsive when I have had problems with either the system or billing. The team as a whole has been amazing to work with!

Pros

I have loved the billing team since starting with them. They have made the process simple and where I can focus on my clients rather than chasing down money from insurance companies.

Cons

It takes time to set everything up. I started with them when they were using different servers and since they changed the system has been a bit difficult (buggy).
