The interface is clear and simple. No complex features. Their support team is great. I once contacted them about a serious issue with the time logged by a team member in my company and the support team was extremely helpful in clearing out the discrepancies in the hours tracked. Pros The software is easy to install and use, and there are no problems with the laptop I used. I never had any complaints from other colleagues about installation and operation. The screenshot-capturing feature was clear and easy to select. Cons Nothing is disappointing about Worksnaps. I am not sure about the pricing though, as I did not get involved with the subscription. There hasn't been a single day it crashed or stopped working so its totally reliable for anyone who is looking to monitor what their employees are doing. Pros Every company wants to make sure that their employees are giving their best on the job while focusing just on thier work and worksnaps is the software that helps to make that happen. It's primary feature is to take screenshots of the user's screen so the activity can be monitored and the organization can come to know whether the employee was working or not. It offers multiple features that allow employers to view / edit time, see how much a user has worked and much more. If you are looking for a reliable work monitoring software Worksnaps is the way to go. Cons There is nothing as such that I dislike about Worksnaps however the company can work a lot in making the user interface look good. Currently it looks a little outdated but I am sure there'll come a day when I'll be able to see the team working on it and we'll get a totally new and modern looking version of this software. The financial burden continues to escalate with each deposit I make regarding R300. I find myself paying far more than I ever anticipated due to the 16 orders I must fulfill. This relentless increase in costs is causing me to incur significant financial losses. It's essential to recognize this pattern before further investments are made. Pros It is easy to access and they eager to help you to join Cons As a beginner, I find it concerning to receive large orders without the funds to pay for them. It seems that big orders should be assigned to those at higher levels. While they quickly get you started, once you cannot pay for the orders, you feel ignored. I believe there should be a policy that allows canceling such large orders for newcomers like me. I recently received a big order, R1137, which I was able to pay for, but shortly after, I got another significant order, R5100. I find this process very unfair, and I feel that the instructors are not willing to help resolve these issues. How can a new trainee be expected to handle such large orders back to back? You can easily track any employee's time. You can keep a record if the employee has worked on particular day or not. Most reliable tool for employee management. Pros It has all the alerts for time tracking, it's easy to use and we can add time also in screenshots. It shows accurate data. Cons Worksnaps don't have exact time to capture screenshots. Pros It Helps us to see how we work. It also help's maintaining the time frame for our target and using is using website to see our works is also too easy. i recommend to also the serious employee and freelancers. Enabled me to have a remotely based workforce. Pros Provides the easy ability to monitor contractor hours and create invoices to be paid upon. The interface is simple and it promotes honesty, fairness and integrity of hours worked. The subscription price is fair and reasonable. Alerts are provided when contractors are working. March 1, 2019 5.0 Pros Worksnaps is a must-have tool for a remote worker like me. I use it to log my daily work hours with screen shots to prove my work, so that my client can review my time. The hours are backed by screen shots, so it is much easier to avoid any dispute between me and my client. In addition to tracking my work time, it also helps me to be productive (i.e., focus on my work), and disciplined (i.e., staying away from browsing social media or texting while working). Since it gives myself a detailed picture of how I spend my time, it helps me to deliver good work and also help me utilize my time better, and get better pay as a result.
