I do wish there was more overall ability to customer without extra charges. Things like inserting rows in estimates as well as inserting blank rows are issues that shouldn't be. **Pros:** That it helps our small company keeps tasked organized and saves time by capturing information off forms to eliminate duplicate data entry points. **Cons:** Difficult interface to understand and customize, you have to be a programmer and understand the interfaces thoroughly to make the smallest of change. He has worked in detail with us to customize the platform to fit our needs. **Cons:** One of my least favorite things about Method is some of the issues we have had with QBO syncing.
