He has worked in detail with us to customize the platform to fit our needs. **Cons:** One of my least favorite things about Method is some of the issues we have had with QBO syncing. After multiple attempts I had to email a general inbox just to get reassigned to \[sensitive content hidden\]. Then their team lead, \[sensitive content hidden\], got involved and offered no solution beyond quoting policy. Method refused to refund a deposit for customization work never executed. Be careful—what they sell and what you get are very different. **Pros:** The promise of customization, but it required unnecessarily lengthy hand-holding, bids for work, and as soon as I asked for a refund, a complete lack of communication. **Cons:** Sold on “easy customization,” got the opposite. The process is unnecessarily complex, costly, and nothing like what was promised. **Alternatives Considered:** [noCRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/132752/You-Don-t-Need-a-CRM/) **Reasons for Choosing Method CRM:** I was promised easy integration with a developer. I liked that it would have saved me money compared to the competitor. I hoped to integrate Stripe and Quickbooks. In this case, a customization agreement was signed and the request for a refund was submitted outside of the applicable grace period.
