"Method Review"

**Overall:** Customer support is timely and great at helping solve issues. I do wish there was more overall ability to customer without extra charges. Things like inserting rows in estimates as well as inserting blank rows are issues that shouldn't be.

**Pros:** That it helps our small company keeps tasked organized and saves time by capturing information off forms to eliminate duplicate data entry points.

**Cons:** Difficult interface to understand and customize, you have to be a programmer and understand the interfaces thoroughly to make the smallest of change.

"Great CRM System"

**Pros:** One of my favorite things about Method is the support we have received from our rep, Thomas. He has worked in detail with us to customize the platform to fit our needs.

**Cons:** One of my least favorite things about Method is some of the issues we have had with QBO syncing. We have gotten things dialed in recently and are seeing less problems.

**Reasons for Switching to Method CRM:** We were not happy with the mHelp Desk for a variety of reasons.
