"TheraNest is the Best"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with TheraNest was mixed — there were parts of the system I genuinely appreciated, and other areas that made my workflow harder than it needed to be. On the positive side, I liked that TheraNest brought a lot of essential tools into one place. Scheduling, notes, client information, and billing were all accessible within the same platform, and once I learned where things were, I could move through the basics fairly efficiently. The interface wasn’t flashy, but it was functional, and the core features generally did what they were supposed to do. Where I struggled was with consistency. The system had moments where it felt glitchy or required extra steps to make sure things saved correctly. Navigation sometimes felt clunky, and I often found myself clicking through more screens than seemed necessary for simple tasks. There were also areas — especially documentation and billing — where I wished the features were more

**Pros:** 1\. The overall ease of use What stood out to me most was how easy TheraNest was to navigate once I got familiar with it. The layout was straightforward, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed trying to find basic features. It made day‑to‑day tasks feel manageable rather than chaotic. 2. Having everything in one place I really appreciated that TheraNest brought scheduling, notes, client information, and billing together in a single system. Not having to jump between multiple platforms saved time and kept things more organized. It felt like a true all‑in‑one practice management tool. 3. Simple, reliable scheduling The scheduling features were one of my favorite parts. Booking appointments, viewing my calendar, and sending reminders were all pretty seamless. It reduced the mental load of keeping track of everything. 4. Easy client documentation I liked how straightforward it was to keep client charts, notes, and treatment plans organized. Even though some templates were limited, the overall documentation flow was clean and easy to manage. 5. Support when I needed it While support wasn’t perfect, I did appreciate that when I connected with the right person, they were genuinely helpful. The onboarding resources were especially useful when I was getting started. In short What I liked most about TheraNest was how simple and centralized it made my workflow. It wasn’t flashy, but it was practical — and that practicality made a real difference in staying organized.

**Cons:** 1\. The technical glitches The biggest frustration for me was the number of small but disruptive technical issues. Things like reminders not sending consistently, fields not saving unless I manually clicked in a certain order, or parts of the system freezing at inconvenient times. None of these were catastrophic on their own, but they added up and interrupted my workflow more than I’d like. 2. The navigation and overall flow I often felt like I had to click through too many screens to get to basic tasks. Some features weren’t where I intuitively expected them to be, and it made the system feel more cumbersome than it needed to be. Once I learned the layout it was manageable, but it never felt truly smooth. 3. Limitations in certain features There were areas where I wished the platform had more depth or flexibility — especially around documentation templates and assessments. It worked, but it didn’t always adapt to the way I prefer to structure my notes or treatment plans. 4. Customer support responsiveness Support wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t consistently reliable either. When I needed help with something time‑sensitive, the response time sometimes felt slow, and the answers weren’t always as thorough as I hoped. 5. Billing quirks Billing worked, but it wasn’t as seamless as I wanted. There were moments where claims didn’t go through the way the system indicated they had, or where I had to double‑check things manually. It added an extra layer of oversight I wish I didn’t have to do. In short From my perspective, TheraNest worked, but the combination of glitches, navigation friction, and feature limitations made it feel less efficient than I needed day‑to‑day.

Vendor Response

By Ensora Health on May 19, 2026

Hi Kamal, Thanks for the detailed review and taking the time to share your perspective. Glad to know the all-in-one workflow for scheduling, notes, client info, and billing has helped make your day-to-day feel more manageable. The friction points you raised are fair, and we’re already working on a number of them. If you'd ever be open to providing more details, I’m happy to connect directly rather than route you through general support. You can email me at reviews@ensorahealth.com (put "Madison" in the subject line and it'll route to me directly), and I'll connect you with the right people. Worst case you get a clearer sense of what's actually in the pipeline. Thanks again, Madison TheraNest by Ensora Health

"Easy to learn and navigate"

**Overall:** Overall it has been a very positive experience. I was completely unfamiliar with it before using it and learning it was not difficult.

**Pros:** Very easy to navigate. The improvements have helped necessary functions to be more easy to find. Overall like the navigation.

**Cons:** Can sometimes struggle with connection issues or items saving if I need to toggle between more than one tab.
