The practice purchases this program for our staff with the office manager capable of support. Pros Easy to navigate, see the calendar as a month at a glance view. Notes section has the added AI assistance to type accurate documentation. Cons If I toggle between screens, the information is sometimes deleted of what I had previously typed. Pros I love their customer service the most. Anytime I have any problems, I send customer service a message and have never ended a chat without a resolution. " February 25, 2025 5.0 My overall experience I would recommend their nest to anybody the system will grow with you and your practice. Pros I started with my clients plus when it was in its infancy stage and now it is a part of Theranest. The packaging and options and software availability is super easy to use. What I like most of all is the customer service. The customer service is outstanding and always very personal. I appreciate how everything is formatted, the customer service availability, and how easy it is to customize. Pros Ensora Mental Health is easy to navigate and understand. I especially like how the program is formatted and keeps things that need to be together near each other. Cons I think Ensora Mental Health could improve cost effectiveness for small business clients. It would help very much. Review Source MJ Marlene J. Receptionist Mental Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Honest Feed Back" February 17, 2025 4.0 Over all it is good. We had an issues 2 weeks ago, that was time sensitive and we could not get the issue fixed until a week later. That was unacceptable. One of our receptionist entered the wrong amount for a copay and instead of charging the client $27.08 they were charged $2708.00. This charge went to a credit card thankfully and not their back account. When we were made aware of the mistake the next day, we could not return the payment due to having a cap set at $1000.00. This took 2 different people and 5 days later to fix. The client had to dispute the charge through the credit company to get this removed. This should never have gotten to that point. We should have been able to return this amount the follow day. (2 days at the most) Pros I like the way it is set up and you have everything you need for that client in one spot. Cons You are limited to space in some areas and not able to highlight certain things in the note section, or make them bold. So they will stand out. Review Source ME Michael E. Pros has all I need--scheduling, reminders, CC billing, superbills, telehealth platform, customizable forms Cons The merged and customer support has diminished and a recent software update blocks us from seeing and changing appointments more than 60 days in advance. Pros I like how easy, simple and applicable TheraNest is to my documentation needs. Cons I do not like how this program does not automatically save my work. If I am not saving notes/assessments (short and or long documents) periodically and there is an issue with TheraNest or the internet connection, all is lost, and I need to start over. Cons I would like to be able to submit treatment plans with a signature. Pros What I like most about TheraNest is the simplicity and functionality. I love that TheraNest actively implements user feedback to enhance my experience. Having a chat feature where I can connect with a representative is very efficient. Cons I would like more multiple choice features when it comes to filling out a MSE or a progress note. I would like the feature to print a progress note without a treatment plan attached, I would like to have the option to redact information before printing, and I would like for the little note icon on the calendars weekly page to be a different color when I sign a note as opposed to not signing the note. " February 20, 2025 5.0 My overall experience with TheraNest has been a positive experience. Pros TgereNest has made my job as a volunteer at a counseling center so easy. The program helped me first by the easiness of learning how to use TgeraNest as well as everything is easy to navigate. I am a first time volunteer here at the counseling center and I was not very familiar with this program however it is easy to use and very helpful in all aspects of our counseling center. Cons The fact that we work late sometimes mostly weekend and the system was being updated however that has only happened once and the updates were so worth it. Review Source LS Leah S. Customer service is lacking Pros Easy to use. I don't use a lot of the features that are provided Cons Poor customer service. Dealing with a payment issue for over 2 months. Having to chase people down for a response. Rules and guidelines aren't easily laid out due to what they feel Admin "should" be doing; but it's not a requirement. I have had issues with not being able to speak with anyone over the phone to address an ongoing issue I have with dating assessments for clients and dating the assessment document accurately as well as addressing Medicaid client requirements and documentation. Pros It is easy to setup and had most of the documents that I use already created. Cons I cannot change the intake date so that I date my initial assessment document accurately and not date it for the day the client is entered into the system. The initial assessment form also cannot be duplicated. Switched from [AdvancedMD EHR](https://www.capterra.com/p/114601/AdvancedEHR/) Issues with Simple Practice (not an option to choose so I picked the first option from the list and the decision to switch was made by management. Its really a well made and well thought about application. Pros I appreciate the ease of navigating through the website and I really like the Simplicity of the site as well. For example when scheduling appointments its very basic and easy to run through and communicating and sumbiting documents and progress notes is very successful and accurate. I believe it could become user friendly when it comes to how a clinician is using the site and for our clients when uploading their information to the site as well. Pros I like the ability for me to do notes quickly and effectively with the prompts. This also allows me to do treatment plans efficiently as well. Cons I don't like the way the client information is set up and not user friendly. It is kind of condensed and just not professional enough and clear when trying to access information easily. Pros I liked theranest for its ease of services being scheduled. The portal makes it easy to navigate and notice clinician's availability. Cons I found the platform to be a bit bland and non engaging. It's features were lackluster and bare. Apart from the calendar portion, I didn't find the whole platform easy to navigate.
