\[sensitive content hidden\] has been so incredibly helpful spending so much time with me on the backend telling me exactly what I need to do, showing me how to do it and then making sure that I'm learning the process to be able to do it on my own.

Pros

It's an incredible tool that is going to help us expand our inside sales team as we look to establish a call center to bring in more appointments for our account executives.

Cons

There is nothing that I've found so far that is negative about Yonyx.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] has been a wonderful individual to work with. He helped create a decision tree scaffold that could handle an incredibly complicated process. His knowledge and skills have make it possible for us to create an assessment tool for students to use. He also was available for calls to problem solve anything I needed. As a community college, we are not prepared to purchase expensive program so Yonyx was the best choice. It was incredibly affordable and were wonderful when working through the state purchasing process.

Cons

I did quite a lot of manual work to create the program. I understand that is it difficult to standardize a process that is so unique to each academic program, so some manual work was expected. It did take a few months to build everything out.

I'd recommend this to other companies. Cost is appealing, function is great, training was readily available. I told \[sensitive content hidden\] I had a week to build something from nothing. His response was, "That's not a problem, let's get to work." Highly impressed with the company and product.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was a fantastic trainer, he made adapting to a new product very easy. He was available, responsive, and educational. The price of the product is very reasonable, especially with the integrations and language options present. The user interface is pretty simple, after one training I was able to build a vast majority of what I needed. As some one who hasn't used a tool like this before, I found that impressive.

Cons

I liked everything about the product, my only recommendation is extremely minor. If you use lucid, you have the option of dragging your view using right click, that function would be useful when you're working in a large flow.

It has been an amazing tool to accomplish a very complex process. This was an amazing find!

Pros

Cons

It is a harder system to use. You will need a basic understanding in backend functionality to navigate easily.

Yonyx is a reliable, user-friendly tool for anyone looking to streamline processes and utilize a decision tree for your every day needs. We are a healthcare company with many options for scheduling purposes. Yonyx is the right way to go.

Pros

Once set up was finalized, user friendly for staff. One stop shop for all of our previous spreadsheets in one area.

Cons

Very tedious to set up as expected, end result is great. Otherwise no other cons. Must stay organized to keep the profiles up to date.

My experience with Yonyx has been top tier. At first, it felt confusing and overwhelming since I’m not a software engineer and didn’t understand how the system worked. After playing around for about an hour, I realized it was better to schedule a demo and prep my wireframe. It turned out to be pretty simple... especially comparing my Yonyx flow to how mega companies are currently using it. What stood out most was the support. Even with an entry-level subscription, I received enterprise-level help. I couldn’t have done it without \[sensitive content hidden\] patience and \[sensitive content hidden\]help from time to time. As a small business owner wearing many hats, I got busy after initial implementation. My VAs started working directly with \[sensitive content hidden\], and even when I missed the Zoom call, he and \[sensitive content hidden\] jumped in and solved everything — including moving us from Google Sheets API to Airtable API. In short, I’m a small customer making lots of outbound calls, but I was treated like a big one. The support was always fast — not in days or hours, but minutes. I knew if my team ran into an issue, \[sensitive content hidden\] would be there.

Pros

The product itself is fantastic solution for my call team. Support staff \[sensitive content hidden\] went above and beyond to ensure our success at every level.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve involved with Yonyx, but their hands on support team makes up for that.

Cons

At times, depending on how you manage nodes, it can be overwhelming to see your web and ensure you don't accidentally disconnect or remove a step that could be part of a live guide.

Pros

having our boss's knowledge base at a click of a button was a game changer for us. Helps us with booking more calls.

Cons

If i have t say something it would be that getting the transcripts require you to log into a sperate section and what you are able to copy is not as clean as it is on the yonyx screen you take the information down in.

We can solve the number complaints in the field and in the technical team. saving the money and lots of time implement the video upload option in the yonyx.

Pros

We can just share the whole technical knowledge with everyone in a very neat presentation with the help of yonyx. its ease to learn and useful to teach the difficult complex things in a simple . it saves our time a lot. even the technical people can learn the things quickly.

Cons

The one and only bad and i feel to be improve is video upload in the yonyx. initial uploading of the documents is difficult.

We use this for our customer facing Knowledge needs creating Yonnices for targetted use cases for Upgrade planners, New feature and release enablements and troubleshooting complex issues, where traditional kKB articles do not add value. The beauty of Yonyx is that you can plug-in a video or a screen-shot or reference an existing document at any stage of the guide and make it very interactive

Pros

Great Support Continuous enhancements over years based on customer feedback. Easy Integration with CRM system for seamless channel escalation Ease and use and Interactive Great value for money

Cons

It could be a bit time consuming to create a Yonyx guide based on the complexity of the Issue. The admin console could be a bit more user-friendly.

I have been using Yonyx for 5 years. I appreciate a script available at my fingertips. I also appreciate how there are very little technical issues. Usually I just refresh and the script updates. I also love how we can provide instant feedback.

Pros

I like that when I log in every single day there is an automatic link that logs you into Yonyx. I appreciate that there is no time lost and the script is readily available. My job is made easier because of it being such a simple system.

Cons

There are times; with every software used that the script doesn't work. Usually IT is on it right away and it has always been a quick fix.
