Comments: I am a veterinarian who owns a busy in-home hospice service for pets. I am in appointments during the majority of the day, and I found was missing many client calls during these times. I was looking for an online appointment solution and am so happy that I discovered Reflex. I trialed 4 other appointments systems, looking to find the perfect fit, and Reflex met (and exceeded) all of my needs. It is an extremely easy system to integrate into an existing website, it has a very clean look, the application is incredibly intuitive to understand and set up, fine tuning your personal business needs and parameters is a snap, it works seamlessly with my Google Calendar, and it is very reasonably and competitively priced. And to top it all off? The customer service and support has been AMAZING! I initially had a few glitches with being in a different time zone (I'm located in California), but the customer support was there to address and fix the issues in a very timely fashion, communicating with me each step of the way (even if it was a simple update of , "we're working on it"). I am very impressed with the entire package- from the program to the people. Thank you, Reflex! I am one happy, life-long customer!
