Is easy to use once you get the hang of it, users can send emails as tickets, AD support, it gets the job done, that's it.

Pros

Has a lot of integrations with emails, a ticket can be sent without login in to the system, great for managers who report to IT and have a Mobile or WiFi computer, easy to implement, free version available for testing out, Integration with active directory is great!

Cons

The UI is ugly, they implemented responsive support but I find it still difficult to use on mobile devices, Native app would be great, user management is difficult.

Have been an EGW user for more than 8 years now. Chose it back then because it was definitely the best one around. Since then, we use many of Egrouwpare's applications (calendar, task manager, bug tracker, wiki, contact database, file manager, for the daily management of our company. Additionally, we have used it as a development platform for fully-fledged translation project management application and for the development of other applications (time tracker, training manager). The software has allowed us to manage our company more effectively and more efficiently, helped us to achieve ISO 9001 certification. Difficult to imagine our company without EGW.
