"System setup"

**Overall:** Overall experience has been a good one. From the initial contact through the system setup. I'm sure the rest of the process will be great also

**Pros:** The customer service is top notch. Each step of the setup has been helpful in getting started. Next step Work Order set up

**Cons:** The only con to the system is all the work that goes into setting the system up. The team is very helpful with the work flow

"Mostly Satisfied"

**Pros:** The inherent task management is the best part of FMX. I appreciate the visibilty to all stakeholders too.

**Cons:** I wish I received a notification if a community user updated their insurance. Without one we have community members thinking they're doing their part, and we have no idea.
