Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly by the FMX staff. Our account manager has been excellent to work with. Going from managing our facilities with Outlook calendar to FMX was a dream.

Pros

Customer support! They are stellar. For us consolidating our calendars down to one and eliminating human error in regards to booking facilities for use.

Cons

There isn't anything glaring that we dislike. We continue to learn and adapt to how we use the software.

Reason for choosing FMX

We researched several options but FMX was cost effective and easiest to use with our website. We are very happy with our choice.

Pros

From the ease of FMX's interface for our clients to request a service call to the ease of use for our service contractors has made FMX our go to platform for our Facility Service Group.

Cons

There is nothing we do not like about FMX. Even the service vendor on boarding process is easy as well as having the ability to track the service calls and work done is important to our clients. FMX does it all.

FMX is a great company that is still growing. The customer service is tremendous, if you have any questions or concerns they are there for you and will find some type of solution for you and your company. The product itself, is extremely user friendly, even for those who may be less tech savvy.

Pros

The software is simple to use, no other way around it. The every day tasks and agenda is in plain site for all to see.

Cons

The software is missing a few features that we utilize with our previous software company. However, since they are a newer company they are open to all suggestions and typically add them in or show you another way to get the same results.

Pros

Easy to setup and get the program running at a facility. Intuitive to use. Customer service is easy to use and prompt in their replies.

Cons

Routine reports are virtually unusable. It is a list of the PM's that were completed in the last day, week, or month. The report is hundreds of pages long. Who has time to sort through that. Give me a daily report on a graphed single page report so I can quickly see what has transpired.

We had a system from another company and it wasn't used as it should have been. With FMX and it's ease of use we have everyone using it and logging in all their work requests. Having the equipment and inventory modules that are easy to use and find what you are looking for is a huge plus. It gives us tracking of the equipment and with accurate costs of parts used with having the inventory piece. If I had to do it all over again I'd choose FMX again.

Pros

I love the ease of use with the software. It isn't to cumbersome to use. Scheduling events is really easy for everyone involved. It is very customizable as well.

Cons

I'm still working on learning the reports better. I have some trouble seeing what I want, but I believe that is just a learning curve and I haven't devoted the time to it yet.

Makes life so much easier for our department. End users know in real time the status of their requests.

Pros

Users friendly, customers love that they can track work order progress. The preventive service scheduling works great for our Facility Dept.

Cons

As the administrator i don't know how to train users on creating their accounts. I would like to receive training so i can then train the end users.

Pros

Leaders are able to make requests, change requests and check out the calendar on their own. Customer service responds quickly and is very helpful. The continual improvement based on customer feedback.

Cons

The inability to change event details for one occurrence of a custom schedule request. The search function for contacts and users or schedule requests does not always give the event or person's name but I can find it when I scroll through.

### "Good overall CMMS"

Pros

It is very easy to get the basic use out of. Regular maintenance work orders and PMs are simple to use. The ability to add pictures from a smartphone in work orders is excellent.

Cons

Some of the analytics are a little harder to find. This is not a “con” but if you are expecting a full blown ERP, this is not a fit. It is exactly what is advertised: a good web-based CMMS.

We are still working on getting individual departments working with the system.

Pros

I like the ability to add links to pictures or other files to individual equipment. I like the way the calendar is setup to look at individual work-orders (planned or reactive.) Ability to add/change employees easily.

Cons

Do not like the inventory section, troublesome and no specific relationship to generate a tracking and inventory control. Nothing for double checking or controlling inventory, specific location is tied in differently than one would expect. Don't like the "building" separation. We have same building but different departments. Generating reports is not the easiest when it comes to changing formats for presentations.

### "Ideal Shop Scheduling Tool "

FMX as a company has been wonderful to communicate with and have always been readily available to help with any questions.

Pros

This software is very easy to use if you are familiar with any type of web browser. IT is also highly adaptable and can be developed to suit your organizations needs.

Cons

Some of our operators have expressed how difficult it is to recall past comments in the "Log" section.

Pros

1\. The work order system is simple and easy to use for our production and maintenance departments. 2. Customer service is top notch and promptly fixes any issues 3. The reporting system breaks down where issues are occurring the most, so our team can come up with engineering controls to eliminate reoccurring issues quicker and easier.

Cons

Have not figured out a way to add folders to the equipment, so the equipment manuals are more difficult to navigate in the software since there are so many individual PDF's.

Pros

Cons

Not being able to apply more than one invoice to a request. We have several requests that are on many dates and I have to manually do the invoicing because I cannot do individual ones.

We have been using FMX for almost a year and the results are already showing. There is less stress in my day, and in turn, I see a big difference in attitude of my maintenance staff and accountability for us all. Our communication is much better, we know what events, projects, and work orders are coming up and we are not missing certain details that we were before. We have a much better understanding of each other and a new outlook on prioritizing and planning for the day to day activities for our recreation facility.

Pros

All staff are on the same page and effective planning has taken on a new meaning. Communication amongst staff has improved, productivity and results are evident, and the FMX program is easy to use. FMX customer service and their staff is with you every step of the way and is there to answer every question.

Cons

As a recreation facility manager, I wish there was a section for tying in scheduled recreation games, reservations and events.

I initially signed up with FMX after 6 years using a competitors product. I noticed right away that FMX was easier to navigate and had a more intuitive program. In addition, the FMX team welcomes feedback to drive change, the program that we initially signed up with did not include a Purchase Order suite of tools. I told the team that this was a must have!! They promised that they would be able to get something going within the first year and worked with us on an initial design. While the PO program is still lacking a few features that I think would be helpful for us, they delivered on schedule and I know that they are working through the changes that will make it even more valuable. I recommend this program to anyone who expresses any kind of a need for a product of this type.

Currently runs slow, needs more server bandwidth

Pros

We had no software or product to track and control our in-house maintenance requests, technology requests, or the ability to have documented reports regarding these areas. We implemented FMXpress and now we have all those capabilities and more.

Cons

It took us a while to get everyone on board. We would have liked to get all of our equipment information logged on, but we do not have the manpower to accomplish that; and the quote was too costly to have FMXpress do it.

Overall, the implementation and actual use of the software was seamless. We are so glad we found it are able to integrate it into our organization.

Pros

The software is very user friendly and easy to use. With very limited training, our staff were able to start entering tickets for maintenance and IT and our maintenance and IT staff were able to quickly and efficiently prioritize task, update on progress and resolve. We have been very happy with the ease and efficiency of the program. The web based software has also been a benefit because it is accessible from anywhere.

Cons

Sometimes there is a delay in the drop down fields but that may be just network issues rather than the software.

Easy to use, very convenient dash board to review all data. I love being able to add as many users as I need since tenants and the contacts change over often.

Cons

No con - just a suggestion for a future feature. Escalation feature - high priority has some type of escalation if not picked up in a set time.

It's easy to collaborate with other space users and include specific information regarding setup requests. I haven't double-booked space at all thanks to FMX.

Cons

The layout of the calendar view is difficult on the eyes. I guess the only complaint I have is that it could be more visually appealing.

Easy to use and good price as compared to competition

Cons

Auto assign feature doesn't allow user to see other properties. If you have access, then you get assigned all work orders you have access for each property. Work around is to either have w.o. originator assign the work order or have an admin assign the work orders.

FMX has been a great program for use in our Facilities/Maintenance Department. It is very user friendly, and the customer support has been great at helping to customize the overall functionality for our organization. They are continuously updating and making improvements. For the cost, and the support alone, it has been a great product, and I enjoy using it on a day to day basis.

how easy it is to use, the customer service, and the continuous updates

Cons

only thing I wish could be done - to be able to sort in my reports by dates.......i need to generate monthly reports, and sometimes my input goes into the next month, and it is hard to run those reports, and get exact info......I know it is something that is in process, just wish it were available now :)

Pros

I liked the ease of use and the transparency of the software.

Cons

I am unable to generate a longevity report that does not include weekend dates as we are not open on weekends.
