### "FMX is a home run for us!"

Pros

every module leads you to intuitive, simple procedures for really making a difference in managing facility use, budgeting, and work requests. Also, one training session in our Staff Meeting, and everyone was able to log on and begin using FMX for their Cleaning, repair and event requests.

Cons

Would be a little more handy if an app was available. But it is not to difficult to log on to the website.

My experience with FMX has been refreshing and a completely positive experience. We try not to have vendors, we prefer partners and that is exactly what FMX has brought to us, a partnership. First, their style of communication is to listen to the customer and then help the customer to meet their needs. I feel as if FMX has customize their product to meet every need and want we have requested from them. The maintenance module has improved our efficiency, the automation module has saved us in the thousands per month in utilities cost and the calendar module is so simple to use. We researched several companies who would or could offer these services and FMX was the only one who met our needs and wants at a very affordable price. Anyone of the FMX modules will save you time and money, especially the calendar and automation module. The FMX Team is professional, knowledgeable and just enjoyable to work beside as a partner.

It does more than advertised and expected. The FMX Team is a true partner

This program does take quite a bit of work to get set up on the front end.

The FMX software, although being very user friendly, was detailed enough in its applications to allow us to thoroughly manage our church and school as well as three other campus locations.

We purchased the FMX software for our church. We average about 330 in Sunday School. We have been experiencing growth and with that comes more maintenance requests as our facilities are used more. Our church has one maintenance supervisor and 2 full-time janitors and one part-time janitor. We purchased FMX and have been pleased with the ease of use to implement this with our staff. We like the ability to enter maintenance requests with our computers and look forward to the app coming. Recording the maintenance requests in the database and being able to track its progress is a great feature! It has helped keep our requests on track for completion and helped inform the staff when the tasks are completed. I would recommend this to any church.

Pros

We have benefited so much from the the scheduling portion. We used to do everything manually (maybe just cause of the nature of the people in the department being more manual) and it has simplified everything. We are much more efficient and everyone is on the same page now!

Cons

It is almost too powerful for the context we are using it in. I have had to train (and retrain) the staff to understand some of the advanced features. Sometimes our techs can't find information that requires digging down to find. All has been great in the end though. Great support during setup as well!

We manage over 100 buildings and FMX helps us do that. Each of our buildings require different services. We are able to track by building the services and contractors that help us maintain these buildings. If we have an emergency after hours at one of our sites, our management team can log into FMX and find the information needed to get support.

Pros

We like the ease of setup and the flexibility of the product. In a 3 month time-frame we purchased 5 gas stations with C-stores and 3 car wash buildings. We set these sites up in FMX, loaded equipment, identified what is needed for services at these sites. Created their login's for the employees, trained them on opening up work orders and were ready for business.

Cons

They have improved the reporting functionality but it still needs more work. The information is there but sometime i feel like i am getting too much information. it is my least favorite module,

Pros

FMX has been such a lifesaver for our team. The on boarding process was flawless. We have been able to reach out to our account representative and literally get a response from her within an hour or two. I couldn't ask for better customer service and their product does exactly what we have wanted it to do.

Cons

There have been a couple of instances of not being able to change label names due to programming issues. This is a very minor con but for someone looking for more customization in a piece of software its worth the ask to your account rep before moving forward.

Previously, we did not have real time visibility to work loads at the individual sites. Being cloud based, it allows multiple sites to use it from different locations at the same time, providing visibility of work load to both the main office and the individual sites. Ease of implementation was also important and it went relatively smoothly.

I've been in educational facilities management for 30 years and can say that transitioning from other well known school CMMS systems to FMX was the best decision I've made, it's so simple for my end users yet so powerful with a lot of features that other software companies will charge as an additional fee or a custom field.

Pros

Ease of install, ease of use by faculty and staff, can assign requests to two or more technicians in different departments, avoids scheduling of conflicting events, less expensive than previous CMMS system used on campus with more modules included, support staff is amazing, inventory control, generates reports that aid in staffing decisions, preventive maintenance module is easy to use and track.

Cons

I have not come across any issues that could not be easily resolved by the great support staff at FMX.

FMX is an excellent option if you are looking to take your facility maintenance protocols from pen and paper or homemade digital formats to a legitimately organized software solution. But even more important is the Support FMX offers. They have literally made system-wide design changes based on suggestions I have made and I am sure I am not the only customer that can say that. They are more committed to the development of their product as it pertains to meeting the customer's needs than any software company I have ever worked with. If you have decided to move in this direction and that FMX meets your technical need I encourage you to stop looking and sign up now.

Pros

super easy to use; my end users use the system which speaks volumes. They only use what is easy and they know the work gets assigned and completed.

Cons

I think there need to be changes to the schedule request feature to allow for easier use for permitting. Otherwise I think the system is great.

Getting automated with work orders and moving toward more planned maintenance has been great and well received by staff. Also using to schedule rooms and vehicles as well as inventory - even food inventory for our cafeterias.

Pros

FMX starts with great customer service from sales thru set up and execution. They have been very flexible in coming up with solutions for our unique operations.

Only minor inflexibility with some fields.

Pros

It does so many things for this organization, including tracking projects, all aspects of maintenance work orders, transportation requests & tracking, and especially management of schedule requests for efficient utilization of room and space on our campus.

Cons

I find it difficult to locate specific maintenance requests or projects already input in FMX when I go back looking for them after several months. I would also like to have an easier way to input a maintenance request for a work order which requires the same work to be completed in several different buildings.

Tenant satisfaction and cost tracking

Pros

The ease of creating work orders and tracking is great. we like that tenants in the buildings can keep track of their requests and we don't have to follow up to close the loop. it saves time and effort and the tenant gets real time information.

Cons

schedule requests form that we customized is sometimes cumbersome but that is more on our end. We will work with you to rectify this shortly.

Pros

Required no training and very little assistance to get up and running. Has the core features we need and was able to adapt the tool to our workflow.

Cons

The inability to mass edit our data. Would like the ability to switch to a spreadsheet type view with filtering to allow fast editing of large amounts of data.

I like how we can make software specific to our companies needs and wants. There are multiple uses we use FMX for within the company. It is mainly used within the maintenance department but we have multiple uses for it. (which it is supposed to be for) When we have questions they are quick to assist.

It is very adaptable, also the ease of use for my company. It has proven difficult to find a software that all employees can use easily. This is that software!

Cons

Reporting is not in real time. Reports that are run come from information that is 8 to 12 hours old.

FMX is a great way to communicate needs in the office setting. It tracks requests and gives them to the correct person so you don't have to deal with it.

I've gotten responses to my requests and missed emails, then they just kind of sit there. It would be nice to get reminders.

In June of 2015 our museum operations team (facilities, exhibits, etc.) subscribed to FMX facilities maintenance cloud based software system. Prior to that we did everything by paper and in multiple Excel files. While it was definitely a transition to learn the software and get all the staff on-board with using it, the payoff has been huge. I was able to build the back end (users, buildings, locations, initial equipment upload, etc.) in about two weeks during some evening hours at home. FMX staff helped by allowing us to mass upload many files direct from Excel. The ability to now easily track all of our work orders, equipment, inventory, and then have everything connected via logs has been revolutionary for our institution. We can be on the floor reviewing a gallery and in real time pull up information (pictures, manuals, work log history, videos, web links, vendor contacts, etc.) on our iPads. The examples of how this product has helped us is endless. Another reason we choose this particular software was their easy to use look. When we showed various demos to our staff they often said it seemed intuitive and had a simple modern look that encouraged them to adopt using it. Also, in just the one year we have used them they have made many improvements to the software, some were even requests we submitted directly. The only downside is that they need an app to make using the software faster and easier, right now we use it on iPads and iPhones through the internet browser. We reviewed a lot of software systems in early 2015 prior to choosing FMX, and I'm confident we made the right choice.
