### "FMX has changed my job for the better"

Outstanding product with great support! The software has changed the way we do business at our school. We are way more organized, efficient, and budget conscious. We are still discovering the many features that this product has to offer. It has allowed me to be a better administrator in so many ways. Thankful to have it available to my maintenance, transportation, and custodial teams as well as a great tool to keep a facilities usage calendar for our entire school system to use.

Pros

I love everything about FMX. Workorder system, facility scheduling, transportation, inventory, interactive mapping, and capital planning!

Cons

They have not fixed the glitches when using schedule requests with auto-generated workorders. This is a great feature, but there are two issues which seem easy to fix. 1) the description is blank when the work order is generated and 2) if more than one location is selected in the schedule request - no work order is generated.

The inherent task management is the best part of FMX. I appreciate the visibilty to all stakeholders too.

Cons

I wish I received a notification if a community user updated their insurance. Without one we have community members thinking they're doing their part, and we have no idea.

### "I Should Be a Spokesperson for FMX"

We’ve been using FMX for maintenance and preventive maintenance requests, and it’s been a great tool for keeping our operations organized and responsive. We’re currently implementing mapping to connect assets and key areas of our campus, and we’re excited to eventually roll everything into capital planning. Another department on campus has already shown interest in FMX’s scheduling and events capabilities, which really speaks to the platform’s versatility and value for the money. The implementation process was seamless—FMX’s team guided us through every step flawlessly—and their customer service continues to be excellent. Overall, FMX has proven to be a reliable, user-friendly solution with features that grow with our needs.

Pros

The implementation was seamless with outstanding customer support (thanks, \[sensitive content hidden\]), and the software’s versatility—from maintenance requests to mapping and capital planning—makes it a real value across multiple departments.

Cons

So far, very little—the platform is feature-rich, and we’re still exploring its full potential. The only challenge is that with so many useful tools, it takes time to roll out everything campus-wide (and to devote the time internally, when you're still putting out fires every day!).

from developing, adding, removing and executing FMX to our staff it was been very user friendly. Our staff likes the fact that they can add pictures on there , where we can see the issue.

Pros

FMX is very user friendly to use. Not only is it user friendly but you can add images to help depict the problem. I have students, staff, use this to maintenance request issues on campus. Not to mention how easy it is to export the reports.

Cons

So far, I have zero complaints about FMX. one thing I heard is that I cannot attach a PDF file. I did want a manual for it so I can refer on how to do it.

Great product, support, and reasonable pricing. The maintenance module reporting has provided the data needed to justify an additional staff member for our Building Operations team.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and to modify for our special needs. Customer support is outstanding, and their response time is always less than an hour after submitting a support ticket. They even followed up two days later just to make sure we are satisfied with the solution to our issue. I highly recommend their product modules.

Cons

We have not experienced any negative issues in the years we have been using FMX. They even allow their customers to put in programming change requests for a feature you would like to modify or add.

The transition to this product was seamless and the experience has been great. The ticket customization is exactly what we needed. The fact that it works for multiple departments within our organization creates a value that we didn't have before.

Pros

The product works really well for our organization. The support team has been great. The product is robust for the cost. The user experience has been easy and the ability to customize this for tech vs maintenance works very well.

Cons

More flexibility with creating reports would be great. The ability to report tickets per specific technicians -eliminating others from the report- in an easier way would be great.

We were looking into getting new work order software. We interviewed 3 different companies and compared the basic look and feel of their software. We liked FMX and hoped that our staff would be able to adapt to the new software. The staff have really liked it and any issue we have is always an easy fix.

Pros

Our staff have had an easy time adjusting to the new software and have had lots of compliments about using FMX.

Cons

We had a few slight issues during the set-up process but nothing that wasn't easily fixed. The staff at FMX were easy to talk with and corrected any issue quickly.

Pros

Helps me have my work organized on all maintenance schedules up to date and the office teem all on the same page with schedules and reservations on all of the areas.

I have been using it for a little over a year and still can not say that I do not like something about it yet.

FMX has been a great system and one of the best systems i have ever used.

Pros

GoFMX is an easy-to-use system that you can train someone to use the sytem within minutes. The calendar makes it easy to see what needs done daily, weekly, or monthly so the system makes your schedules or scheduling with no conflicts.

Cons

So the only part i have not liked about the system is when you close out a work order and your adding inventory, all site locations show up, and only FMX part numbers. If your searching with part numbers per oem. You will not be able to find part.

Overall, FMX has blessed our campus with a personalized program tailored to our campus's needs and processes. We can't say enough good things about our time spent implementing and utilizing FMX over the past few months.

Pros

Obviously the features and modules stood out to us during the search for a new program, but the customer service has been absolutely unmatched comparatively to any other platform we've experienced. Whether by email, phone call or Zoom, I have yet to be disappointed (and I ask a lot of questions) by response time, helpfulness, and just overall customer service. I also like that their features are always progressing.

Cons

The only problem that we originally had with FMX was the fact that they don't have an app for the program. However, the mobile view is proving to work just as well as any app would and the teams are still able to submit and complete their tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

One Word only is needed .....Amazing!!!!

Pros

Using FMX has made us more efficient, productive, organized with workload and scheduling, understanding buildings and its assets. FMX has everything you need to manage Buildings, Assest and Work all in one place. FMX is continually improving their software and its functionality. Plus, their team is so amazing to work with from start-up, training, questions, modifications.... they always have timely and detailed responses.

Cons

For our company structure, scheduling is more work than it should be. We would like a few small view options to what we currently see on the calendars to make this part of our process and slick and easy as our other process.

I've used 3 different Maintenance ticketing systems, and FMX is definitely the best one for ease of use and searchability.

Pros

It is very easy for Requesters to submit maintenance tickets, so we are more organized now with requests flowing into one central spot. The Respond feature is great too, as it allows Users and Requesters to communicate directly within a ticket.

Cons

There are a lot of customizable options, so it can be tricky to know what to select at first. Also, the "on behalf of" feature is useful, but it has confused a lot of people, as they think they need to select their own name in that field.

It has helped me maintain and keep an organized routine of work flow where it causes less stress when knowing when things need to be done.

Pros

Logging PMs and work orders as they would arise really helps keep the work flow organized. It was easy to integrate the areas of our facility to establish our system for our facility. The FMX staff were very helpful and positive. Fast to respond and resolve any request or question I had.

Cons

When making "due date" changes to the work orders, the email notification that is sent to the instigator does not state that in the email. It only says that a change has been made. That causes the person (who put the work order in) to question what is going on with the work order. that generates more down time to have to go back and explain what the changes were. It would be nice to have the email notifications to state the changes that are made to the work orders.

Prior to FMX we had no work order system at all. No one really knew if repairs were completed, many requests were simply forgotten. Staff were frustrated by the lack of communication and length of time for work request completion. FMX solves all of this and more. We track costs, inventory, timelines and documents associated with the work orders.

Pros

The set up, customization, implementation was incredibly easy! Many of our staff are not very computer savvy but we had little to no issues with the rollout. The user interface both desktop and mobile is intuitive and simple to navigate.

Cons

The only thing I have found that isn't really a con, but when I finalize a work order, I would like to not have it be re-opened by users.

It is a very comprehensive product and you do not need to purchase additional modules after you begin to use it, it comes as a complete package. It cut our cost for a building management system in half and we still retained a great quality product.

Pros

Ease of use and the ability to customize the screens with additional fields and the ability to attach documents to equipment and work orders.

Cons

Not being able to put work orders on "hold" when waiting on parts or a down day to implement the work order.

My experience with FMX has been exceptional. Their implementation was seamless and their training is top-notch. They are very responsive any time I have questions or need assistance. They are wonderful in not only responding when I need help, but they always provide screenshots or offer to have a live call so I understand exactly what the answer is to my question. This approach allows me to learn so I can do things for myself in the future. I have used four different CMMS in my career and FMX is far superior to the others.

Pros

FMX is a great fit for our district because it is completely customizable. We are able to capture the information we need to be successful when requests are submitted so we can plan our work and show up prepared and on time. FMX has been able to offer solutions to help us better manage our workflow. We also benefit from the detailed dashboards and custom reporting features. There is never any guessing about the state of our work and what we have accomplished.

Cons

One feature I would like to see enhanced is the inventory order request. We would like to have real-time inventory data for all items in stock and available on the inventory order screen so requesters know how many of each item they are able to order, taking into account how many are on the shelf and how many items will be required to fulfill all existing open orders.

Ease of use and simple interface with a great deal of capability makes FMX a great choice at all levels.

Pros

FMX is very intuitive requiring little training and has a lot of great functionality. We really like the ease of calendar administration (dragging and dropping) versus having to reprogramming schedules. The calendar also offers a lot of flexibility with color combinations which work great for us to identify request types and status at a quick glance. The ability for basic users to just send in an email and directly transferring that into a work request really has opened up the system to sporadic users and is a real game changer for us. No need to remember passwords and worry about request types and location names for people who use it once a month! This has really improved the system adoption at all levels, not just with our facilities team. The Customer Success Team at FMX has been outstanding and have gone out of their way to make sure we understand how the system functions and work through our individual requirements. Definitely one of the best I have worked with through MANY software rollouts. Luckily FMX has been so stable that we have not had to test emergency support. Overall it has been a great experience switching to FMX.

Cons

There is some cumbersome functionality with users, confirmations and notifications in our work flow but the FMX team has been great at addressing and looking for solutions. Since we are not using all the features available many of the stock reports are not too useful for us but FMX has helped customize some things and I am sure we will work through more reporting as time goes also.

### "Greatest People Ever to work with!"

The FMX staff are probably the most helpful people I've ever worked with. They answer often within the hour of an emailed request and many times the reply comes even faster than that. They try to cater to our every need within their ability and then, like I mentioned above, when the program cannot do what we need, they find another way. Best customer service every.

Pros

It is customize-able. Almost everything I asked FMX folks to do was doable. Other scheduling software we looked at either said they'd charge more for every change or special accommodation or that they just didn't offer it.

Cons

The reports. They list multiple room bookings to say, "this room plus 6 others". This was rectified by FMX creating an Excel file that would extrapolate those as that is the report we need. SO, FMX reports wont' do it but FMX created a work around for me that works just fine. The other least liked thing is that I cannot have different times in one booking. If it's a multi day or many time slots event I have to create multiple bookings and if there are special notes about one particular room in that multi room event, I cannot add those notes to just that one room.
