Comments: RITEQ became an integral part of the Eurostar team immediately after selection. Detailed on-site analysis lead to a deep understanding of requirements, allowing them to rapidly develop and deliver a highly customised solution for complex, sometimes politically motivated operating practices. The combination of Agile development practices and genuine interest in the problem reassured executives since RITEQ had replaced a well established long-term incumbent. The original engagement has now become a partnership, progressively addressing increasingly complex and bespoke staffing arrangements in the smaller operational units.
