Pros

I like how easy it is to keep up with all schedule changes and submit change forms online.

Cons

I'm sure there is more this software could do but there is nothing I would change about how the system works.

I'm using this app to help me with finding new potential employees, but the app is somewhat difficult to work with. One major issue is that WorkForce One is the ONLY app that works with the unemployment office and as such pigeon holes employers and employees with what they can and can't do.

Pros

So used this program while I was looking for a job and then now to try and find employees for a new small business. The items that are most helpful about this is that it allows both the employer and the employee easier means of searching for a finding employees and employers. Giving information on those that are closest to you as well as easy searches for employees and employers that are for a specific area of business.

Cons

What I don't like about this software, is that it's not user friendly when it comes to unemployed members to doing their weekly claim for benefits. This app does not have the necessary software, to allow users to go to the app and actually use it to do weekly claims, or allowing employers to say yay or nay for if an employee should be able to receive said benefits.

Pros

My company has over 3000 employees however we use this software only in part of them it help us to have an hourly report of people log in and showing if they come on time

Cons

You have to have an admin for this sometimes you run and run the tracker and it get stuck for a while to confirm info if you really need a real time report just be patiente

I would recommend for medium-size companies under 2,000 users who need to constantly update AD changes.

Pros

I have used this software and it's similar to AD on Windows Server, with just a few clicks you can give user permissions, access, correct email accounts and name changes. It just takes a while for some user's to get permissions.

Cons

Permissions can take a while for some user's and it could be improved better. I would suggest that they review how they can be robust in today's expanding market.

Not a terrible system if your time clock functions properly, and you don't need customer service for your software. If you are lucky enough to get a response from them when you submit a ticket, the answer is generally useless. The system we have has never worked properly in the 4 years we have been using ATR. Though we have submitted ticket after ticket, none of the issues have been resolved. About a month ago, we decided enough is enough and purchased a new system. We contacted the support staff, who was very apologetic, and said that if he had known of the problems we were having perhaps he could have had the issues corrected. In response to that, I sent him an email with several previous email help tickets attached, all of which he was copied on. Our problems were not a priority for this company until we told them we were no longer going to use them.

Customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible!
