I would give laborsoft a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this case management system to any organization

Pros

I have used laborsoft at my current and previous employers and impressed with the level of customer service and the case management customization. The on-boarding process and implementation team provided exceptional customer service and exceeded our organizations expectations. The customer service responses were immediate 24/7. I would highly recommend laborsoft to any organization. I am most excited about all the new upgrades to come in the future.

Cons

It would be great if discipline, incidents, attachments, notes, etc, were on one single dashboard when reviewing an employee file. Also, the same for reporting.

I am satisfied with the product overall. Other than the search feature it fulfills all the needs and concerns our organization had.

Pros

Well organized system to capture incident and investigation matters. It has good tracking tools to set diaries for handling and follow up. Documents of all kinds can be easily uploaded for preservation.

Cons

The search feature to pull up records is clunky. An employee can have multiple incidents and they will not be readily identified or indexed using last name.

wonderful- great customer support. Quick turnaround to our requests, typically within a hour.

Pros

Ease of use, easy to customize. Can run reports as need.

Cons

We update 1x week (Fri nights) and sometimes newer employees not yet in system.

Reason for choosing Laborsoft

better support, cloud based. Internal system crashed and system was not maintained.

Easy program to use and find all information needed in one place.

Pros

The ease of use. Able to document files, attach documents and everything is stored in one place. If there is an issue or need data dump I contact Labor Soft with immediate response.

Cons

Nothing, I have used Labor Soft for almost 10 years and have no complaints.

Pros

Centralized location for our Employee Relations incidents and cases.

Cons

When opening a certain incident/case sometimes numerous clicks must be made to complete a task.

Pros

Highly customizable, multi file type upload ability, can create different process to track different types of incidents. Auto generate case/incident number. The program has allowed me to track multiple incidents at a time and be able to keep track of the step in each one.

Cons

Although the software has the ability to send email, it does not link with MS Outlook that I use in my organization. Not able to attach files to email sent through the system.

We haven't fully implemented it at our sites, but I believe we could build it to be a great HR tool.

Pros

I like the functionality of the software for HR to perform their jobs.

Cons

It is cumbersome to add new users into the groups. I wish there was a way to add the groups to the user instead of the user to the group.
