The support team were well versed in the platform and supported us from inception to off-boarding. Cons There was nothing in particular that I would knock about the solution. Cons There are no integrations with our current ticketing software or Project management software and no workaround for that. The create ticket button should have more options like sending an email so our ticketing software can at least get that work item in to be routed to the proper team easily. Really great options to set up and integrate. Still waiting on being able to pull data from Tenable and multiple Qualys sources. Pros This product helps take buckets of data, add their own secret sauce and tell you what you should be looking at. Cons The product is starting to get more complex. I think a training course would be in order at this point. Switched from [Ivanti Neurons for RBVM](https://www.capterra.com/p/183379/RiskSense/) We didn't have direct access to the API for Qualys. NOPSEC was the only option that allowed us to do a command line import of the data. We've since been able to access the API, but still highly functional. There are so many vulnerabilities each day, however NopSec prioritizes the most urgent and critical vulnerabilities for team to remediate. My Overall experience with Unified VRM has been excellent. The platform makes vulnerability management manageable for all teams. Pros The dashboards are most impactful, Not only does the platform provide detailed information on prioritization of vulnerabilities, but I can create dashboards based on the type of assets and the business units that assets belong to. The ability to have overall metrics but to break down metrics by Business Units and patching teams are critical. Unified VRM saves the Vulnerability management team man hours from prioritization, building metrics, assessing celebrity vulnerabilities, creating trendlines, etc. Unified VRM allows you to do vulnerability management from one pane of glass. Cons I could not find anything that I did not like about this product. The support team for Unified VRM will listen to request and create the items that you need within the platform. It is not just an out of the box solution, but it is customizable to fit the organization needs.
