"Ughhhhhhhhhh"

**Overall:** Terrible

**Pros:** None! This tool has never worked in the 7 plus months we have been paying for it.

**Cons:** I bought this subscription in February 2023 because it integrates with MyCase.com, our practice management system. It has NEVER worked. I have tried multiple time to troubleshoot and it has yet to be fixed. I have now demanded a refund... I will be forced to file a small claim to recover my money if they do not respond to me.
