Show me a software package by any company that provides even a fraction of that kind of customer engagement - you know there aren't any! Pros I like the fact that PreconSuite does what it was designed to do and does it well. Not only is it easy to use but the development team listens to user input to constantly make upgrades to make the user experience even better. Cons There aren't many cons, but I must admit I prefer the legacy dashboard project view to the new version but everything else works in the same way. When you select your project from the dashboard, view project info, all of your "action" choices are easy to activate from one location. Whereas the new view makes you look around a bit to find the action menus needed.
