It is very intuitive and easy to use. Anyone with basic Microsoft skills will easily adapt to this software. It handles all the necessary functions needed for project managers - RFIs, submittals, POs, subcontracts, changes orders, and will do a whole list of other things as well. Pros Ease of use and cost. Cons Would like to be able to customize easier; some forms don't display info exactly how I would prefer. It prints out great reports you can take to meetings allowing me to question the progress or lack of progress for all and give a copy to everyone to see who is the holdup. Cons I don't like not having the ability to change the column widths in the Payment Application to give the owner more Description with out having to print a more detailed report.
