The support team are fantastic and this makes up for the moments of frustration. There are many ways to contact the support team and the team know their stuff. There's a real sense of a commitment to developing the software and taking on board suggestions. You don't feel like a number - you feel like you are part of the GreenRope family. **Pros:** This software has all the features you want a CRM to have - no missing bits - having everything integrated is fantastic. **Cons:** It is difficult to use and understand. It can also track interaction with a website, although I have not used this function. **Cons:** I believe the software can be difficult to get it to do what you want initially, it's not intuitive.
