GreenRope is like having a whole department in your company dedicated to your success. From email marketing to project management, from social media scheduling to accounting...it's goal is to help you reach your business goals. I use it for all of my projects and love it so much I made a business out of helping other businesses use it.

Pros

Sales CRM features Social media scheduling Email marketing filters Event management Drip campaigns, even though I haven't used it much the potential is impressive.

Cons

Instagram scheduling but most services don't have this so I'm not that worried. Google+ scheduling, not sure if Google+ even allows a good enough API for this but it would be helpful. A few more reports.

I'm able to send communications to my customers that look professional and hopefully, clever and entertaining when appropriate.

Pros

I don't really have anything to compare it with as it has been the only one I've tried. More templates would be nice.

Cons

There are so many complicated layers. Wish I had more time to learn everything. I don't want to make any mistakes that could hurt business.

Pros

A great communication tool for small business. The opportunity to be able to reach prospects in an quickly and timely manner is beyond impressive.

Cons

I have not found an ability to send multiple text messages to prospects. The current text message function allows one text sent to prospects, rather than a quick multiple text function.

I just found the program to be "too much" and not as lean as I wanted. While trying out the software I was also not a huge fan on the cost - some may say it's worth it, but personally, I will keep looking.

Pros

Program wasn't half bad. I like the Calendar Remind system as well as document storage and social media integrations. Very handy! I also was a big fan of the proposals and quotes which makes CRM a lot easier when it's time for a review.

Cons

I found the software confusing - even too much. There are so many options you can almost feel like you are missing something - and you probably are - due to the sheer amount of things you can do. While having a lot of options isn't necessarily bad, it can hamper productivity and ease of use. The templates are also outdated and sometimes error-out in your browser (depends on settings, etc.).

Pros

The customer service is excellent, they're very responsive and happy to help. GreenRope is perfect for the detailed type who are very keen to create a set marketing strategy with full implementation, control and tracking from A-Z.

Cons

Its strength is its weakness in my opinion. The bulkiness can prove rather tedious and if you're a small/medium business you may wish to be more flexible.

Pros

Easy to use, a full CRM system that includes everything you need.

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike thus far. Definitely recommend training so you can learn all of the cool nuances of the system.

Pros

I like how flexible it is and how much you can do with it for an affordable price. The ability of the software to create solutions to various problems is impressive

Cons

The email design software needs to be upgraded and the user interface isn't the friendliest I've worked with. Our developers always have the most difficult time creating and deploying emails in Greenrope compared to other systems.

Pros

This email and event software costs less than competitors. Lots of features though they are often hard to use/uncover.

Cons

Every task in this software takes too many clicks to get things done. Navigation isn't intuitive. Should borrow some lessons from Eventbrite and MailChimp.

Pros

I like the ease of keeping track of events and members and how they RSVP for events. And the interface for member profiles is good to interface with the website.

Cons

Sometimes seems a bit strange on the web interface and making updates to member profiles. When members want to update profiles or keeping them updated can be a little wonky.

Wow, Greenrope is not just a CRM. It is a marketing and systemizing machine. And the support is just awesome. I wish I would have moved my real estate team to this a long time ago. There is a lot of work upfront to set the foundation, but it is worth it in the long run!!!

Pros

It does so much! I hadn't even thought about being able to do things it can do!

Cons

It's not designed specifically for real estate, so we are having to improvise on a few things, but they are minor.

Pros

Notifications and monthly summery is very helpful. I think its nice to see how many as a company and personally closed.

Cons

Duplicated notification and forwarding is not quite self explanatory. i want to understand hiw the statistics are formulated.

Easy use and navigation. Easy to learn. Didn't need to watch a tutorial to get started, From my initial login I was able to navigate application and extract the data that I needed to extract.

Cons

Easy to use BUT it seemed as if some of the more complex features were a bit more difficult to use. Overall not a big deal.

Pros

Overall use of this tool is not really suited for my daily use. So I cant really speak to the pros. It seems like a good tool for other user's needs.

Cons

My company uses greenrope as a substitute for Salesforce. The tool is not really meant for my needs or the needs of my sales team. The opportunities seems to get hidden and the search functionality is difficult to keep track of activities and opportunities.

Pros

It's easy to use and does what I need. I also like the test and full submit are very different so it is hard to send a test e-mail blast.

Cons

The word and paragraph spacing input is sometimes different than the output. Some of the icons are not intuitive.

Helped me track and manage contacts, leads and opportunities, easy to use dashboard

Pros

The dashboard brings a lot of valuable info to you on first entry, To-Do list is very handy, really like the ability to drill into the reports from the dashboard

Cons

UI is OK, leads and opportunities is buried inside contacts, has alot of functionality that I have not yet explored

Overall its useful as a customer service tool and can help you improve communications and interactions.

Pros

The software makes it easy to create surveys to send to customers via email and it tracks the customer email to let you know if they read it. It can also track interaction with a website, although I have not used this function.

Cons

I believe the software can be difficult to get it to do what you want initially, it's not intuitive. You need to refer to the materials to help guide you at first.

GreenRope provides great value for money and we look forward to expanding our usage. We imported our membership list to get started. We use the website to capture donations. It took us a while to figure out the best way to empower a team of people to use GreenRope, since the default expectation is that the account owner makes everything go. Customer service folks were really great to get us going and the help and webinar information helped a lot.

Cons

It's convenient and has a lot of options, including scheduling emails to mass groups. It will make my job easier, after I learn the system.

Cons

It takes a while to learn the system, and how to use it properly. It's not as easy to use for the older generation.

I find the system to be painfully slow at times. I also hate that there is a popup every time I log in even though I check "don't show me this again"
