Pros

All the possibilities. It's a very robust system with the capability to do almost anything you could possibly want from an all in one CRM.

Cons

Overly complicated to set up and get started with the typical features of lesser CRM systems. It's almost too customizable for its own good.

Pros

The options and features are amazing for the price.

Easy once I figured out a few things. Maybe it had been too long since using Salesforce, but learning Greenrope was easy once I started.

Cons

How about adding attachments from my hard drive to CRM mail? I have not found anyone yet who can tell me how to accomplish this.

Pros

customer service is outstanding and they respond quickly. If not for the support team i would probably shop around for another system.

Cons

templates do not allow you to be creative, help portion of your system is not user friendly in the search site.

Pros

Information and reports are easy to gather for reporting purposes. Site is easy to read. I like how the contact information is stored and accessible. I like the ability to look at past and future clients. I like the charts that can be used for one group of account managers especially the onsite visits.

Cons

I have no con's since I generally only use the site to gather the information from the account managers on a monthly basis.

GreenRope has all the CRM functionality you need to manage sales, marketing and workflows. They continue to enhance the software to create a more user-friendly environment. The upside is you have control of how you want to configure and work in GreenRope without needing a development team - the downside is some functionality is a little clunky. The GreenRope team is great at taking feedback from its customers and implementing these enhancements quickly. I expect it to continue to advance over time.

Tool Design, Support Team via Email and Phone, Webinars. Easy way to search for contacts and edit them

Cons

Performance while searching. Some of the modules are a little complicated if you are not working with the tool too often.

I can get newsletters out to my clients on a monthly basis. My web master suggested that I use this.

Not easy to make a new newsletter from an old template Unsure of how to add new clients and remove old ones

Pros

This has been a great tool for me as a split teacher. I like to have some messages for all parents, some for just a certain grade level and others for room parents. It is helpful because I can keep all of those groups so much more organized for quick communication.

Cons

I think this software is great. It meets all of my needs perfectly.

The interactive calendar is a neat idea, but the only person who uses this is the administrator.

Pros

The software has a lot of potential as a CRM. A large amount of information can be stored about each contact.

Cons

The software is based on individual clients, not necessarily their company. Tasks are attributed to individual clients, not companies. The calendar cannot be sorted by individual users. Everything is extremely slow to load. The software is difficult to navigate and I do not believe that it is a good fit for our company.

It made it easier to learn marketing, as I am a marketing student that works for a company. I feel I was fortunate enough that the company used this as it made learning the process so much easier.

Pros

I like that it is easy to look up contacts by name, or email. Also how easy tracking emails are, and the email builder being super easy to use and set up.

Cons

Probably that you can't have a big list and change multiple things for a contact at a time, but at the same time I understand why you can't do that and is probably better you can't.

Cons

Not a whole lot, Im just having trouble navigating around it, there are a couple different areas I get confused and can not figure out where the location is

Streamlined marketing.

Pros

One stop to market my company. I like being able to schedule distribution. I also like that it is a flat fee no matter how many emails I send out to my customers.

Cons

Could be a bit more user - friendly. There are still some thinks I have trouble with when trying to compose an email to send out....

I'm new to Greenrope but have used infusion soft in the past. It's is much easier to use by far and seems to have more robust tools. I am working on building some more campaigns so hopefully after my next training session I can drive more results. The customer service is great !

Having used a multitude of CRM's previously I found Greenrope to be a great system, albeit a little more difficult to navigate at first when compared to some others. The marketing features of the system are great though, and I look forward to building my skills in that area and utilising those features a great deal more.

Flexible and customizable CRM

Pros

Offers endless customization and possibilities. Allows flexibility in how an organization is set up. Allows management of multiple businesses under one company.

Cons

Due to the endless possibilities, it requires a lot of time commitment to learn. Greenrope does not allow for multiple tabs of it being open which hinders multitasking.
