### "I found it slow and challenging to use"

Pros

not much. I found it awkward to use, slow and there was very little support or documentation to help me.

Cons

slow, awkward layout, cloud based, no way to store data locally. I was forced to use this setup with another service, I would not use it otherwise.

All the options the software has to offer and the add ins it has to offer and its abilities to send emails.

Cons

How slow the software was and how if I had it open and running it would lock up any other software I was using.

Pros

Currently we're using Signup Form to capture user info from our websites. The information allows us to follow up using phone call, meeting, and provide additional details about new products.

Cons

We would like to explore integration options using API. However, we can't find good documentation that explains in details what GreenRope can provide and how things work. Also, we want using the score measurement, but find it can not handle complex calculations.

Pros

Easy to use. It does the job. It is efficient in getting the information out to customers, which reduces the amount of time spent if we were to conduct this task without the software.

Cons

Sometimes the character indicator is wrong...it indicates a minimum or maximum account but then it doesn't recognize it and gives an error. Not a huge problem but it is an issue sometimes.
