I have learned it and know how to use for my personal business and for that I love it.

Pros

I love the Auto Email Templates and the user friendly tools to set up clients on specific campaigns depending on their interests.

Cons

When editing some of the templates it creates a new one and deletes the original, whereby if you wanted to customize it for someone in particular it would create a new template that would need to be edited again and again

Pros

I recommend IXACT to all my agents - new and seasoned. I stress their success starts with their sphere and how it’s built and managed. IXACT does just that - helps them get organized and stay organized

Cons

Limited pre-set/made marketing pieces. Wish there was more choice. Would make it easier to send things in the fly.

### "Perfect For My Needs!"

My overall experience has been amazing so far and a real time saver.

Pros

Needed a CRM to keep track of my leads and this fit the bill. I especially like the monthly newsletter to keep in touch with customers. The mass email feature is also a great advantage.

Cons

The only thing that I would love to be able to do is scroll between contacts in the tabbed section. For example go directly from one contact to another on the Activity/History tab.

Pros

I love that I'm able to assign activity plans, which keep me on track with servicing my clients. I also love being able to generate automatic tasks like emails and newsletters.

Cons

When I am assigning an activity plan to a listing, I feel that process is clunky. It takes too many steps.

Would like some instructional videos to watch so I can get better at using the software and all its features. The software is part of my desk fees with the company.

Pros

It opens quickly and easily and integrates well with google calendar.

Cons

The order in which we input new leads is wonky. Why not put in their names, address, phone number, and notes, and then all the other info to follow, instead of spreading things out all over the page? Too much time drilling around looking for where to put the important information.

Easy to use, I like the different campaign letters,

Cons

My old CRM I could choose mail or email farming letters, etc. I miss the mail feature, wish Ixact had this. Also some days I'm not at my computer for the webinars, they should schedule some webinars for evening, we as Realtors probably spend most of our days in the field. I'd love to come home fix a meal and eat while listening to a webinar.

Keeping in contact with my contacts and getting a reply from them, which lets me know that they know who I am.

Pros

How easy it was to set up my contacts; the automatic newsletter sent out without me making any changes, sending out birthday and move-in emails and lastly, getting help from support.

Cons

At this time, I can not think of any features to add.

Reason for choosing IXACT Contact

The price offered through my MLS could not be beaten and the ease of use.

Pros

This is a fantastic contact management system. We had been looking for a system for a long time before finding this one. I'm not sure now what I would do without it!

Experience has been good especially for someone like me that is not tech savvy and not sure what is needed or even how to set up a crm.

Pros

The price is right, software has a lot of functionality including email automation. Easy to get started right out of the gate.

Cons

I wish it were more customizable or had more control from the user standpoint.

Easy to use, tons of features, great messages to send to clients, amazing drip campaigns, AMAZING setup service

Cons

I wish there were more integrations with other companies or software platforms. I wish the platform was a little more responsive to text messages. I wish I could integrate with my MLS.

Emailing database with 1 push of a button. Reminds me when to call, text and write note cards to current, past and future clients.

Pros

Great for staying in front of past and future clients. Easy to set reminders and keep in contact through monthly emails and drips. The phone app is very user friendly.

Cons

Wish that there were more drip programs for new leads from internet sites that are cold. New buyer and seller drips are a little limited.

[Referral Maker CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/161832/Referral-Maker-CRM/)

Switched brokerages and F.C. Tucker provides this product for us. Comparing the 2, wish I would have switched sooner as this is much easier to use with better tools than Referral Maker.

Pros

I have used a bunch or crm ranging from free one for real estate up to SalesForce. I had gotten used to sales force and I admit there are a few things it does better. IXACT has a great user interface and ease of use for people who don't want to get into the complexity of CRM. I love the business pipeline, goal tracking, and keep in touch coach. I am used to tasking and sometimes i get doubles, but i also forget to task but the keep in touch saves me.

Cons

My only qualms are there is no dialer option( i have another) and updating your lead after contact is not as easy as in sales force. Still much better than any other.

Monthly newsletter and stats/open rate is useful.

Cons

Could use more variety in the generic "keep in touch" marketing emails and the 'goal setting page' doesn't serve a ton of purpose. Would like to see more of a clear daily task list as opposed to just a list of who is getting what email on a what day.
