It is my most preferred system. The goals are prepopulated, but easily personalized; as are the interventions. Were I to ever open my own agency, it is the one I would choose. Pros It is easy to use as a clinician. It allows me to actually treat my patients while preforming point of services documentation. It is intuitive. I can have the patient sign on my phone, sync, and document on my tablet or computer. Updates are useful and nonintrusive. Cons On the IOS one must scroll to document vital signs. Ease of use and functionality is superb. I did not have formal training to use this software, but picked it up right then and there. It’s so easy to use- not once have I called their tech support for help since I began using it. I highly recommend this software to other agencies looking for a home health therapy software.
