Overall: By far the best billing system I have used. The customer service was the best out of any other software I've used. As a practice manager of my own practice, I loved the level of support I always got. Quest helped with any issues I had. I also liked the efficiency and ease of charge entry, reporting and ability to resubmit denials. Very satisfied and I highly recommend.

Pros: I like the timeliness for reporting, charge entry, and working denials that are received. I've found Quest's communication to be unmatched by any of my prior billing companies. I've very satisfied!
Cons: They are not the cheapest solution in the marketplace; however, I feel like for the premium I've paid, I receive the attention and service I need.
