### "From Two Perspectives"

Pros

I had originally started with our company in 2016. For various reasons, I ended up leaving but came back in 2018. When I started, there was a new training platform that was presented to me to go through my new hire training. I enjoyed the previous platform that we used so I was hesitant to use a new one. There was a learning curve at first, but the process that I went through was streamlined, interactive, and an overall better experience for someone coming into the sales world. When I moved to our Home Office into the training department, I was able to see the platform from the other side. Things made more sense and I saw how this could benefit our company even more. The updates that have come through since then have made it even better and I know that it will continue to improve. I am continuing to learn more about the capabilities and I am excited to see where we can take it. This is truly an amazing training platform to use and manage and I thank you for being great to work with.

Cons

The main cons of the platform for me personally would be the customization options. Being able to add our brand more clearly or change the structure of things would provide a much more clean and simplified user experience. There are many options that are unused by a lot of our team members, and being able to put the things that are most important to them at the top would be amazing.

### "Axonify used as LMS in our manufacturing plant"

Overall, Axonify streamlines the creation, deployment and tracking capabilities of training topics. The ease of doing these tasks has been so much easier compared to other learning management systems. Axonify's feature of rating confidence in the answers has been a great tool for us. It gives us one more analytic data point to understand what our work force actually knows. Sending out plantwide updates has been a great way of using Axonify, for us. We are able to easily deploy a video file or message and then see what population of plant actual views that communication.

Pros

The ease of creating, deploying and tracking through Axonify is great! We use Axonify for technical learning topics, employee communication and required company compliance training.

Cons

Axonify offers a multitude of ways to analyze data, which great. A problem we have run into is getting our managers of people to look at that data and analyze what they're teams know or don't know. We have received feedback that it is cumbersome and complicated to retrieve that data for some team members.

Reason for choosing Axonify

We chose Axonify because it is clear that Axonify has built in features to enforce retention with daily questions, confidence indicators and expectational reporting analytics. Axonify is rather expensive (in our opinion) but it does bring a lot of value to justify the cost. Axonify is easy to use as a "learner", as well. It is always clear on what training has been assigned to me and when it is "over due". Axonify also has a lot of great built in training topics that we sometimes utilize.

Microlearning elements are fantastic. Gamification and engagement can change how you deploy and track daily training within an organization when utilized properly.

Cons

Using path based training can block the daily training elements in the platform. Need to have a way to be able to do both in the platform so we can use this as a standalone LMS in our organization

Beyond just the technology and functionality, Axonify provides a new and different structure and approach to learning design and delivery. Beyond the usual vendor training and product launch services, Axonify's onboarding process includes an introduction to the learning design process that drive the system to show the impact of training efforts on the business bottom line. It can feel a bit different at first, but once you are up and running and understand how to fully leverage all the different parts of the system, it provides you with the flexibility to meet your business needs in the manner that works best for you. On the other end of the experience, we receive strongly positive feedback from our front line employees. Rather than seeming like a chore, in most cases, our employees love the chance to take a few minutes a day to play a game while learning. And, between the rewards platform, leaderboards, reporting, and broadcast messaging, its easy to set up small competitions within a location, or company-wide competitions that support a company culture of making learning fun.

Pros

In comparison to other systems, Axonify takes a very lean approach to driving decisions with data. Once you master the mindset, Axonify provides the data for leaders to drive decisions and to the tools for creators to deliver content in an effective and enjoyable manner. It's a refreshing way to move your bottom line forward.

Cons

Like any other tool, there are a number of opportunities for Axonify to expand functionality and fine tune the existing workflows.

### "Axonify is a great tool! "

Axonify has been pivotal in helping us in curating and creating content for our sales representatives, helping them to reinforce their learnings through gamification and points systems. This is a great system which allows sales managers and management to easily gain an overview on the progress of the team as a whole, and also identify areas with knowledge gaps amongst the teams. The assessment component is also helpful in ensuring that learners are all effectively equipped with the right knowledge.

Pros

The ease of use of the product across different platforms helped to ensure that there was higher engagement and adoption of the product as learners can access Axonify across platforms. The reporting functionality was also great in helping managers to track the usage of the tool across the board. The myriad of features and functions within Axonify meant that there was a lot of room to explore different ways of delivering content as well as incentivise learners to use the platform. The support team has also been very helpful in supporting our use of the platform, always ready to answer our queries.

Cons

I think it will be great to consider streamlining how administrators or content creators can manage their learner groups and how they can push content out to specific groups of users. Currently, there are different grouping conditions such as choosing options from the setting menu and doing configurations on it, but there are also more granular settings within groups and programs, which makes it challenging to troubleshoot when content is not visible by the intended users as administrators will have to take time to trace and troubleshoot the root cause of the issue.

Pros

We've been using the platform for the past 2+ years now and we have done nothing but good things across the board. We're not currently using it to its fullest potential but we are aiming to amp up usage over the course of this year. We also heavily appreciate the constant support from the AxoniTeam, an amazing bunch of folks to work with.

Cons

There are a few features missing from the platform that we believe would make it easier from our end, one of those would be the ability to change the question type after you have selected from the question creation screen.

### "Great Training Platform!"

I've personally had a great experience with them. Their support is great and even if I have to email their support team about something if our representative is out for any reason, they are so quick to respond. They have so many features and capabilities and we have only scratched the surface of what we can do with it.

Pros

The software builds a profile for the employees so we know how to coach them and proceed with new training, as well as what we need to do to update our current training. They have multiple options on how to approach the learner with training content and always have new and improved ways coming down the pipeline.

Cons

Their support site is not very helpful. It gives base information on most items, but we usually have to reach out to our representative to any in-depth questions. While we like our representative, having more information and tutorials on features on the support site would make things a lot easier.

Based on other e-learning platforms that I have worked on in the past, Axonify has come up with a really good product that makes it fun and easy to learn content. Not only for the learners but the software gives the content creators a platform that helps guide them from start to finish. With the addition of AI/artificial intelligence, you are able to import word documents into the system and it will auto-generate Key Learning Points (KLPs), questions, and answers for you saving you time.

Pros

This is an awesome product. Learners are able to log in each day and participate in microlearning sessions which are small bite-sized chunks of learning content without wasting time on the computer. The platform comes with a gamified interface that presents topics in a question-and-answer format.

Cons

Currently, there is nothing that I don't like about the Axonify software.

I've been a developer, daily learner and administrator for several years. Axonify helped us with many of the usual L&D pain points. It's easy and fast for building the content catalog, delivering the learning to those who need it and demonstrating the value of learning we provide.

Pros

It may be the most important learning tool we use that has enabled a significant and measurable impact of improving learning behaviors - creating a culture of continuous learning resulting in huge knowledge increase and retention.

Cons

Implementation needs to be well thought out and planned prior to launching.

Pros

The ability to test user's knowledge retention using questions allows the organization to identify weak points. I like the ease of using Axonify on mobile or laptop settings and the ability to create programs and certifications

Cons

There aren't any areas of Axonify that aren't easy to use, the games used in the software can sometimes a long time to complete.

In Learning & Development, we are using Axonify to develop our salespeople's knowledge of a recently launched product in our Neuroscience franchise. Our objective was to provide them access to a methodology capable of being implemented on demand and without a lot of fanfare, accessible remotely- and available to individuals. We also wanted the method to be fun in order to increase engagement. Axonify has succeeded on all of these points.

Pros

Once a program is set-up, the software is easy to use. Our end-users have had NO issues becoming comfortable with the software.

Cons

What I liked least had nothing to do with the software per se', rather the lack of formal training. I first began working with the Axonify software 1 year ago and quickly became the appointed Administrator for any and all Axonify programs at Shire. Having had NO prior experience with this type of software (let alone setting it up), I would have benefited GREATLY from training (live or e-learning) rather than walking through the steps via WebEx. Everyone I communicated with at Axonify was great, but I need a more formal learning approach so it has been very frustrating for me. Most recently, reps invested significant time to ensure my program was set up correctly. His patience and detailed explanations enabled me to understand where I made mistakes and what I needed to do to correct my mistakes. Most of this occurred the Friday of New Years weekend and the reps never once made me feel rushed or bothersome. As a result, the program launched successfully.

Pros

The basic function of sending out randomized daily nuggets of learning in an engaging way is already meeting my team’s needs - to the point where we have closed our important knowledge gaps and now have to keep finding more knowledge to consume! Turning this group into avid learners was beyond what we could have hoped for, and we have been using Axonify less than a year. I can’t wait for the opportunity to explore all the features we are not yet using to see what those results will be!

Cons

The tool itself is not very intuitive, so we needed a lot of support initially to understand how to build content, structure teams & read reports, and we continue to need that level of support every time we want to explore using another feature. The great news is that the Axonify support team is great - fast to respond, knowledgeable, and personable, so I never feel like I won’t find a way - I just wish I could self-serve more easily.

Generally my experience has been positive, and I'm excited to be working with this platform. The times of burdensome old learning platforms that can't adjust to a learner’s singular information level are finished - Axonify sets another bar.

Pros

Axonify is an innovative platform that helps you learning on the Go. We took a marketing training in my organization and they asked us to use axonify for the pre-training reading materials. I was amazed by how easy to navigate through the platform and how the learning process was fun and rewarding at the same time.

Cons

One of the thing that I felt needs to be changed is the integration of the learning materials inside the website , instead of opening a new window and download or view the PDF or the file.

Learning about aspects of the organization that I don't get to interact in on a daily basis, if at all.

Pros

Quick daily training. No more than 10 minutes which only varies based on the game you play, if you play one at all. The ability to challenge a team member is excellent since this allows the user to sometimes forget there is training going on. Ability to communicate with my teams is a very useful tool. We can say anything quick and short or upload a video if we choose to.

Cons

It does seem that they are still learning from the program. Sometimes in can be a bit glitch. For example, I once accidentally logged in on both my pc and mobile, and was able to start the training which probably skewed my results for that day. Aside from that, since the daily work is so short, I don't see many other cons.

Axonify is a really helpful learning management system. I love that it offers games during daily learning as it adds an aspect of fun and encourages users to keep up with their daily learnings. I like how organized event management is within Axonify as well, really helpful when it comes to reporting. I also really like having the "Discover" section in Axonify to hold content for users to go back to

Cons

There's not much I don't like about Axonify. One thing I would like to change is the character limit on titles when adding content.
