### "terrible customer service"

Execrable customer support when you need it the most. No support whatsoever over the phone to set it up, although I have the paid version but not the most expensive one where the help over the phone is included. The only help is via emails and you get them only during business hours. Very frustrating to spend a lot of time trying to discover what you need to do while you need it right now. Probably that's why they have the non-refund policy. Lesson learned, stay away off the products you can't get support.

Pros

Have not found anything yet to like about it

Cons

It can be customized only partially, some fields you can't change, delete, add new so it can be easier for user.

Great program but there are others like it.

Pros

When you first logging and being using the program there are a lot of mini training helpful hints that help you learn to navigate through the program. Its easy to learn to use.

Cons

I don't see anything negative about this system, they offer different pricing platforms, and so many features that you can easily create the workspace you need for your business.

Stay away. With so many options - you can do better.

Pros

Looks pretty. They obviously have a keen marketing team who knows how to attract consumers eyes...if only the product was able to deliver!

Cons

Terrible customer service. All they do is sent you links to help article after help article - in many cases wrong articles. Does not easily integrate with google as they so proudly advertise.

Pros

The user interface looks good and they have a free plan. We were grandfathered into an old plan which was great.

Cons

They don't have user permission unless you pay more. We didn't need any of the extra features but needed to have our data secure which is possible only if we are able to set permissions. Without this any user can delete (even mass delete) any data they want.

\- it simplifies project management, customer communications and documentation - it has a very user friendly interface - the task management tool is particularly useful for me - ability to integrate with so many different systems is fantastic

Cons

\- not the cheapest CRM if you opt for the premium package - some elements of the software are not as fully realised as others

It was functional after frustration because of lack of support.

Pros

A clever take on a CRM, which includes simple project management and overall has a solid function. Setup was relatively easy, and painless.

Cons

Not as easy to use as others, limited customizing, non-existant support which I find hard to believe. For a whole lot more money they will support you with using their software.

in general I really like Insightly and would consider buying it, it is very easy to use and the customisation is amazing.

Pros

Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc... It can be integrated with many other applications and the customisation is very flexible.

Cons

we are still in the trial process, I couldn't find much things to dislike . Maybe pricing should be more flexible in terms of the needed features.

Waste of time.

Pros

It is easy and simple to use but that's about it.

Cons

Please don't get to exited about this software. The pricing structure how the company set it up is total scam. When you get in to the free plan you will get so many glitches in the software but the best part is that you don't even offer customer support for the free plan so you are forced to move to higher plan just to get the support for the glitches that they are not even able to manage. Save you time and money and stay away for this company.

I uploaded my contacts from an Excel spreadsheet, and instead of finding them on my app (or the website) hundreds of arbitrary contacts were shown. No one to speak to, impossible to create a customer support ticket, a HUGE waste of my (and my employer's) time.

Pros

Free option.

Cons

Customer support is impossible!!!!!!!!! No phone number, logging into customer support requires a different password and when you try to create one, it kicks you out for using your same username (email address!!).

I run a small consulting firm in Washington, DC that handles general management, communications and event services for nonprofit clients. I use every CRM imaginable for my clients including Salesforce, Abila, etc. but when looking for a CRM for my own small business, Insightly has it covered. It's a month to month service that integrates with both QuickBooks and MailChimp - two of my most used apps - and allows me the space to cultivate a small business customer list with all the convenience of more expensive and comprehensive tools.

Pros

No long term commitment or contract Lots of useful APIs Very intuitive for even novice users Offers project tracking Reports available for each module

Cons

Might be helpful to have a better idea of their partners and what APIs are available, like how Salesforce has its own app section.

Pros

It is very easy to use. I self taught myself how to use it within a few days. I like the ability to link the CRM to your emails so that correspondence with clients is automatically added to their profile.

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like. Perhaps the fact that you can't have groups of clients, but rather tags can get a little cumbersome.

Pros

I cant think of single thing that I like about Insightly. It has to be the worst software we have ever used. There are lots of fake reviews claiming it is good. It isn't.

Cons

1 - If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed. There are community threads with problems that are unresolved from 3-4 years ago. Support is non existent and the staff are clueless about their own product. 2 - It is very poorly designed. If I buy a CRM I don't expect to have it populated with dummy data that takes following a 10 minute tutorial on how to remove it. If you need to remove anything from Insightly at a later date or change your processes in any way, be prepared to tear your hair out. 3 - It is very buggy. I can't go into all the bugs but it boggles the mind how they remain unfixed after years. 4 - This software is junk.

I like that the software holds all of your contacts that you have encountered and helps keep you on track with tasks and keeping up with who you have or haven't contacted.

Cons

I don't understand it's full potential and it is a little frustrating. If I understood more I would possibly use it on a daily basis.

Pros

Insightly has built such an amazing CRM platform that is as clean and simple to use as possible. While we won't mention any competitor names, we know the market is flooded with tons of CRM's. Insightly has done an excellent job providing us with a platform to focus on what is most important to us, our clients!

Cons

While Insightly doesn't have a lot of the extra features like some of the previous CRM's we have used, their price does reflect a huge savings. For the value, you can't beat Insightly!

Pros

How easy it is to use. There is really no learning curve. When I am out of the office I feel like I have my clients file in the palm of my hand.

Cons

I would like to be able to add maybe up to 5 customize fields. So I could make actually folders such as Life insurance, Long term care, Annuities, legal docs etc. So I could just go to that folder and access last correspondence. I have learned that a detailed title helps but a folder would make it easier. The insurance business is moving towards agents being HIPPA compliant and hope that Insightly can someday say they are.
