### "Flexible CRM with loads of potential"

Pros

What I love is that I can add emails directly to customer records from Gmail and build a simple communication trail with that one customer and share it with others without having to forward or give them access to my inbox.

Cons

I wish there was a call to action or monitored reminder to follow up with customers. Or even sent out an email on your behalf to the customer.

Some more sophistication to go on their pandadoc integration but overall pretty happy with Insightly.

Pros

Easy, mobile, integrations, email integration.

Cons

Lacking a little bit of automation, defaults around sales processes. Would like to support custom fields from all types of elements, opportunities, contacts, orgs in their pandadoc integration.

This software fills a lot of information about your leads in an automatically way.

Pros

The best thing in this software is a feature that fills automatically some information about your leads. Starting with the email the software uses the social medias like linkedin to fill the company, the position in the company, the phone number, the photo, etc.

Cons

The thing I really didn't like and push me to change CRM was the few options we have to categorize the leads, in the full process of a negotiation.

One of the best CRM/sales management tools on the market. Have been using it to track all of a small lawyer company's (30 users) contacts into one place. The card reader works just fine, but the deep integration with Google Apps is the best part. It's not a super-duper CRM like Salesforce, but it does all that is needed for a SMB and more.

Pros

\- Integration with Google Apps for Work. - Basic project management capabilities (separate module).

Cons

\- Little to do if you want to see the whole sales process and customize it accordingly (basic functions only).

Pros

Automatic workflow is a great feature. Send emails anytime with their scheduler. It manages projects and tracks communications, tasks and documents in a all on their platform. Some CRMs have way more than you need and you can get lost, this one has less features but sometimes less is more.

Cons

Price is pretty high compared to other CRMs that may have better features. Def recommend downloading this and seeing f it can fill your needs, the support is shaky though.

Good overall experience, I think that many software like this are similar in terms of features in this "grade" of CRM. Others will be more advanced in terms of automation, but also will be more expansive.

Pros

Great tool with many features and custom fields to add. Such a CRM is a must for any company dealing with multiple opportunities at the same time.

Cons

Sometimes it was a bit confusing to understand the structure out-of-the-bath, it may require a bit of training to get it, afterwards it becomes more natural.

Pros

We use currently use Insightly to manage our contacts, notes and tasks. We consider these our basic, high priority items. Insightly handles these in a straightforward, easy to use and easy to implement manner. We also believe the learning curve is manageable and that Insightly is a cost effective choice for basic CRM. We use both the desktop and mobile applications of Insightly. We recognize that Insightly has additional functionality that we may decide to begin using in the future as our CRM efforts mature.

Cons

We investigated a number of CRM applications in our process of choosing Insightly. We did not find any glaring omissions or show stoppers with the Insightly application.

Pros

You can build a series of template email and schedule them to be sent based on the date you enter a new contact

Cons

NO statistics on the email. I was told that because it sends from the internal server there's no stats to pull. Well I upgraded to do this functionality and I don't even know if it works.

Pros

I was able to upload my data from another system and start using Insightly in less than an afternoon. The interface is easy to use and I was able to use all of the basic features almost immediately. It is easy to track my customers and update my progress with them quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Being a Microsoft Office user, I would like to see better integration with Office email and calendar features that match some other software in this space.

I like the functionality and ease of use. It's been a great tool for my team to use on projects (especially when working remote).

Cons

It would be nice if it could sync somewhat with other software or email template platforms. For example in the fitness world, there's some great platform / templates that Insightly doesn't offer.

Pros

I’ve been tasked to shortlist a CRM that centralizes lots of aspects of the business. Insightly gets close and I’m growing fond of it as it combines multiple tools into one dashboard, accessible via one page. Some of my top favourite highlights: - Lead management: set up workflow automation with the ability to automate the initial response without having to spend time manually contacting each potential customer. - You can feed the customer and sales data to other apps that you integrate with Insightly - It removes the need for our other project management tools as it has enough abilities to substitute them. - Insightly does a good job at separating leads from contacts with its Opportunities category - Facebook-like layout - monitor a specific team member's progress - customizable navigation menu - you can use HTML code and web forms to pull in leads from the web

Cons

It’s a personal preference, but I prefer to see all info held on a lead on a single screen rather than accessing each piece of info via tabs.

Cons

Mobile App is Great The Reporting and Analytics are Incredible. Such a friendly user interface online!

Cons

The only con is the starting cost, which is not very expensive but it does add up when compared to a free CRM

This application is great at allowing me to manage a diverse range of tasks within my small business. The mobile and web applications are similar enough to make the transition between the two quite easy. I encourage many small businesses to leverage this application.

Cons

Some of the email tracking features are difficult enough that it's sometimes difficult to justify the effort to utilize them. Some predictive selection functionality would be a good way to address this.

Cons

Setup is little confusing as is with most CRM solutions. Insightly UI is a little stark And not as engaging as other platforms But having said that price power and integration overrules cosmetics

The cost is great compared to other CRMs. I has all the basic features that one needs in a basic CRM. Setup and importing data is relatively simple.

Cons

Searches and autofills can be buggy and glitchy sometimes. The API lacks some of the features you'd find in a larger scale CRM

Pros

With Insightly you can easily manage your project with your team and can check-in details report of your marketing strategy plan and sales. Insightly not only for insights into your business but it also great tool you can use as CRM.

Cons

We found the monthly price to be expensive and a bit overrated. Hopefully, they can work out on this and reduce the price a bit.

We have used Insightly in our business for the past year. It allows us to maintain an easy workflow without being too process heavy. Some systems try to force you to do too much and you spend more time setting them up than communicating with your prospects and clients. We have not discovered any bugs or issues. The software works as we expect it to. We like the Chrome extensions that allow us to integrate our CRM with our Google Apps account.

Pros

Easy to setup Not too process heavy Easy to figure out - no real training needed

Cons

Interface could use a refresh

Someone made a comment that they wished they had put the program through more strenuous testing before purchase. I do too. I had the same issue, the lack of automatic linking makes this product worthless. I have to spend way too much time making sure everything is linked properly. Which defeats the purpose of having the software make you more efficient. I really wish I had not purchased this product.

Pros

1\. Good interface, though I suppose that goes along with great marketing. 2. Support is good and they are responsive.

Cons

1\. Lack of automatic linking. 2. When sending emails through insightly, attachments get dropped very frequently. 3. Using the insightly link in Outlook - very slow.

My overall experience has been nearly great. It allows me to track my leads for my real estate developments.

Pros

Insightly is easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface. The integrations with GMail make it really quick to send out emails and update your customer's contact details.

Cons

This is shallow, but I like the look of it the least. Hopefully they'll make different themes for it.

EASY!! Lists my contacts in order of entry date. Lists my contacts based off of their category like contacted, not contacted, etc.

Cons

The categories are limited. If I convert to a lead, I don't have access to the contact along with the others.
