### "A great alternative to more expensive CRM software"

Pros

Insightly is a great alternative to other software solutions and comes with just enough features and a great sales dashboard. If you are looking for a great sales management tool that is better than spreadsheets and way less expensive compared to salesforce then Insightly provides a great choice.

Cons

Some things are a bit tedious to do and not easy enough.

### "Good integration with MailChimp"

Pros

I tried this product and was impressed at first. I was looking for MailChimp integration and a way to track customer contacts. It worked, but we outgrew the free plan and another CRM company started offering many more features for free so we switched.

Cons

The cost for me wasn't as good as free. I know companies need to make money and I'm happy to oblige, but only when I'm able to afford it.

Pros

Pricing and features vary widely with what you're willing to pay which is fair and great frankly. There's even a free plan that gives you a sneak peak into the great features. Dashboards and opportunity reports are designed well.

Cons

customisations could be improved and customer support.

Insightly was one of the CRM servises tested for a startup. It would definitelly become a no1 choice, but the interface language choice was limited to just 7 most popular languages.

Pros

Insightly is very user-friendly. With perfect minimalistic design, it still has everything you probably need for contact management. I personally like the contact card layout where you can see all info and there is no need browsing to other sections to find details about sales or projects. Everything is in front of your eyes.

Cons

The only thing which which made my choice in favour of the other CRM SaaS what the language option. The list of langages Insightly offers so far does not include Ukrainian or Russian.

Pros

Insightly helps to keep our affairs on track, as we log our prospects, opportunities those prospects have for us, and any ongoing projects so that we know who's doing what.

Cons

It's a bit complex, and it'd be nice if we could more easily automate parts of the system beyond what it already can automate. (Ex. It integrates with Zapier and email, but what about direct integrations with marketplace sites like Upwork?) I guess my use case isn't terribly popular, but our account managers need a way to keep up to date with the goings on in the company, and they don't seem to use it because they have a hard time understanding how to use it. There's a lot to do on there.

Pros

Their Gmail integration is how I started using them, really liked the look and feel of it. Not having a contact limitation is definitely nice, but the pricing is also medium range with it.

Cons

Honestly, the onboarding didn't get involved too much and we went with competitors. Maybe "teasing" a little more features like automation, integrations would be necessary.

I love how this software is great on the go. I integrate with mailchimp, send an email to 1000 people and quickly identify which candidates deserve a call and do that on my drive home.

Cons

I wish it would automatically sync up with social profiles.

I used to be one of Insightly's greatest supporters. I have been using the system for a year and had everything regarding the sales efforts of the company I work for programmed in there. We are talking about 100's of contacts, organizations, opportunities and projects. When they made these recent upgrades the system started glitching and taking me to the company I used to work with everytime I tried to update a task in the current system. So I went into the company I used to work with to delete my access to it. The system instead deleted all of my work for the past year on the current company. There is no live person to talk to unless you want to buy something so I had to fill out support tickets. The girl who replied basically said yep its gone and we cant find it. She than totally ignored my request for supervisors and kept saying the system didnt do what it did. They have no back up system so I am out of luck. Not a system you want to be using folks.

### "Simple All You Need CRM"

Pros

I loved the Simplicity of it. So often these days you will see companies jam-packing in as many features as they can come up with, and that leaves the user overwhelmed more often than not.

Cons

Not a big fan of the colors or some of the layouts, my only critique with that would be adding the ability to customize the background color, similar to how Google does.

Although there are many softwares in this category Insightly has incredible tools to grow your business, by means of administering contracts and negotiation companion, it also integrates to social networks taking into account the database of the emails.

Cons

There is not one thing I can say about the cons of this software, it is really good and in a short time it does more than what you can expect.

Insightly provides a robust solution for small to mid-size business for an extremely affordable price. Support has been easy to work with and the how-tos have all worked on the first shot.

Pros

I like that it interfaces with both Google and Outlook. Also, you can link it to your website and create contact records directly from the folks visiting!

Cons

Would like to be able to scan more biz cards in for free

After trying for a month to get my team to adopt this tool they all complained. I contacted Insightly to request a pro-rated refund but they refused. The free version does not offer the full capability to assess and the paid version is non-refundable. A typical SW scam.

Pros

Combined CRM and Project Management Tool. The video training is good and useful. Tool seems to do what you want until you actually try to use it.

Cons

The User Interface is extremely hard to use. I would NEVER recommend this tool for managing projects. It is nearly impossible to figure out the status of a project. Everything is hidden.

I settled on Insightly for client management after quite a lot of research. My criteria was cost, ease of use and features. I consider myself computer/software illiterate so simplicity was also important. After watching a few of Insightly's tutorials I was able to set up a system that works well for my small catering business. Their customer support site is very helpful.

Pros

Once you have figured out what you want to get out of Insightly and how it can help your business, there are many ways to customize it. Great search capability. Task function lets me know what I need to do, when I need to do it and how important it is.

Pros

The software interface is nice and it's easy to navigate. It's also highly customizable, so you can customize it to your company's particular needs. Cheaper solution than other platforms out there.

Cons

I find that the reporting is slightly limited and difficult to gather the info. Slow to load every once in awhile but that could be my wifi connection.

Pros

I love how easy it was to get started and then get into the more advanced features. This has made it so much easier to follow up with leads and close more business.

Cons

I'm a big UX guy. It's not the most cheery interface. It's a tall order when you have so much data to manage. It's a small nag for so much power!

Pros

I like that I can list my leads and use it to write notes for each client.

Cons

It does not notify you of the follow-ups you schedule yourself. Really it only works to help you view of list of people, or at least that is what I got out of it. Don't get me wrong, I am sure it works well but there is no customer support for free accounts.
