Not user friendly. Worst customer service experience. Over-proced. Found better softwares with better service and better user experience. Cons Very difficult to get started. Not very user friendly. They not only charge you for a monthly subscription but they have the audacity to charge an additional money just to get your profile started. The price and value are excellent, and the learning curve is fast. I love the feature that allows you to create tasks directly from your Google inbox and view current tasks. If you want the best app in the marketplace, go with Insightly.
