### "The CRM that has given me full control of my sales and customers"

Since I started using it, it has been an invaluable tool for managing all my business activities and processes. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface makes it a breeze to organize and access my contacts, leads, and tasks. I love being able to customize the CRM to my needs and follow the entire customer lifecycle from start to finish.

Pros

What I like the most is its ease of use and its ability to adapt to my ever-changing business needs. With this platform, I can organize and manage all my contacts, leads, and tasks in one place efficiently. I also love its ability to integrate with other tools like email and marketing automation, saving me time and increasing my productivity.

Cons

Although overall I am very satisfied, there is one small thing that I would like to mention as a negative. I have sometimes experienced slow load times when working with large volumes of data or using more complex CRM features. Although this doesn't happen often, it can be a bit frustrating when I need to quickly access some information or complete an urgent task.

As a Sales Manager, I am able to keep track of our sales by customer, add notes regarding customer contact and upload important customer documents.

Pros

I like that I can keep separate lists of customers and leads. It's great to be able to add "tags" for reporting purposes. Since our customers are distributors, it great to be able to add our "end users" and link them to our customers.

Cons

It should be easier to add contacts directly to companies instead of having to add them separately and then link them together. That has been very cumbersome and time consuming for me. Also, you have to pay extra for the good reporting features which is also a bummer.

I do wish it would tell me if I'm missing something before trying to save when editing a project. Sometimes if I'm missing a required box it will just erase everything I hadn't saved without even warning me.

Keeps thing organized, the price is right.

Pros

We've been using it for 5 years. Small Retail online/brick mortar for customer follow up. 3 users, it makes it easy to follow and get updates about tasks. the gadget that interfaces with gmail is convenient.

Cons

My staff that are in their 20's say the new UI is confusing and harder to use, so we stay with the older UI. The side bar chrome extension was suppose to make things easy but after trying it for a month my staff avoids it. Customer service is mediocre , they only wanted to help if I were going to upgrade to a higher level. I wanted to fist resolve over 700 contact dups. They said I had to do it manually! Emailing - Bcc'ing insightly each time I send an email seems so old style. When I get a rely the email does not go into the same thread, seems to me that is standard now a days. I've been using it so long I know what it's missing so we take extra notes or have links from the email in the notes so other staff can see or find the thread.

Very positive, we are power users and have pushed the team on several occasions and they continue to try to support our needs.

Pros

App Connect, Marketing Journies and about ability to integrate into our other tools.

Cons

Not great features for our Customer Service team currently we use something else, I would love to use Insightly for both teams.

Pros

Great CRM and Pipeline Management out the box! Contact Syncing for Google is great - despite minor issues. Good simple project lists. Links nicely to Mailchimp and Xero.

Cons

Very very poor project management. You will need to use other packages for almost anything. No resource management. No Gantt charts. No visibility. Email integration is rudimentary. Task integration is non-existent. No Office 365 contact synchronisation.

Overall, Insightly is pretty good. As with all software, you'll get what you put into it. So, if some more integrations with other software were possible, that would help greatly.

Pros

I like how easy it is to integrate Insightly with other software that I use, like Google Apps. This makes messaging easy.

Cons

I'd like it if it could speak better to our project management software. If it could keep track of existing estimates as opportunities, that would be great.

With its short learning curve and fast operation, Insightly save us time. We can track communications with customers, sales and more without feeling bogged down by a ponderous CRM. It includes light-weight project management that, again, doesn't tie you up in complexity.

Pros

Amazingly fast and easy to use and learn. The interface is very well organized. It anticipates what you need to do next and makes it available. You can type a few characters in the Search field and immediately jump to a matching Contact, Deal, etc. It integrates with Drip, a powerful Email Service Provider and works well with any email services like Office 365, webmail, Gmail and others.

Cons

The pricing jumped this year. Our old pricing is still good, but new customers pay the new prices. They also get some powerful new customization features.

Pros

We use Insightly to organize our clients data internally, but also have it available to the necessary personnel in our company and Insightly allows us to do that seamlessly. It's a very secure software as well, keeping information private and safe. It's easy to customize and use widely throughout a company.

Cons

The visual aspects could be improved, with better modules and graphics. But that is a minor detail.

Insightly is a cornerstone of our business, and works well for us right now.

Pros

Insightly manages all of our leads and contacts very well. It comes with filtering that lets us find targeted leads for our clients.

Cons

Slow and clunky. Sometimes buggy when dealing with large amounts of data. Our team has about 180,000 contacts, and Insightly sometimes can't even deal with filtering for 200-500 contacts.

Pros

Integrates with Office 365, Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and QuickBooks fairly seamlessly, and has many more integrations as well depending on which programs you're already using. The mobile app has a great UI and pulls data from a variety of sources (your contacts, emails, and so many more) so you really have one true source of data and aren't duplicating anything, especially if you're always on the go.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile app has issues with crashing. The desktop version can be a bit buggy at times too, not saving what you tried saving, logging you out, or random \`tutorial popups when you've declined the initial offer. Insightly's customer support also leaves something left to be desired. I feel like the pricing was a bit high for the overall quality we received. I know a few people who have moved onto Hubspot instead and have had a better customer experience.

Great CRM solution for a startup business, easy to setup and use, very cost effective.

Pros

Easy to use and setup, very quickly we could import existing contacts and manage them. We could also enter new contacts and create custom settings to track our opportunities. Also, Insightly has a very good associated iOS app, so easy to enter new leads and manage existing customers when mobile.

Pros

As the title suggests, we've been using Insightly for a bit and we picked it because it was one of the few CRM systems that actually has different versions based on the type of organization/business that is using it. That makes the task management function perfect for us.

Cons

It's a great bargain for us for a full system, but we're really only using it for task management at this point. We've not expanded our use of it much because much of the functionality seems counterintuitive. We need to explore and we're a growing company and we don't have much exploration time!

I love the ease to use this to schedule appointments and make reports that track which jobs are scheduled and which jobs need to be scheduled.

Cons

I feel like if there can be a better way to have subcontracted crews update if they completed jobs that would be great.

Pros

I love that they have free version that you can use and that you have an option to upgrade to a paid version.

Cons

I've used other CRM's that allow me to upload emails conversations. This really helps when you're updated your contacts and trying to remember where you left off with someone. Unfortunately, this feature was not available in Insightly.
