Pros

It's pretty simple to get started. The concepts are relatively straightforward and the interface is smooth, so getting your contacts entered (or even uploaded) is easy.

Cons

The icons can make differentiating between leads and contacts confusing. Maybe it's just me, and my lack of a sales background, but I frequently find myself incorrectly entering leads under contacts and vice versa.

Great price for product and user friendly.

Pros

I discovered Insighlty after demoing many other options. I have used other CRMs at previous jobs but did not need such an elaborate database for this new job. It was easy and quick to implement and covers the bases.

Cons

Insightly is missin ga few features. I wish some fields offered more customization, but for now, it is doing the trick. when I need more, I will just have to upgrade.

Single Sign on from Google Apps, Various integrations available especially Zapier allows for some cool custom setups.

Cons

Not much admin control over the processes or users, each user kind of has a more level playing field and their owns settings. Price increases.

Cons

Support is horrendous. They constantly make excuses and blame the end users. They have serious server issues yet will not admit it. The site is ridiculously slow most of the time. A new excuse they've started to use is that since they're a "startup" (they're not) they have limited resources. They promise features that take forever to see the light of day and most will never be developed. We switched to Zoho and couldn't be happier.

Insightly was easy to use. Of all the CRM software I have tried, this one was the most straightforward. I started on the free plan and shifted to the business plan with some nice feature upgrades.

Pros

Price. Insightly has a great free option and business options a just over ten dollars a month. Simplicity. Insightly was among the most user-friendly CRM programs I have experienced.

Cons

Reporting. Insightly does not offer the greatest range of report customization.

Intelligent people simplify complex things, and that's what Insightly has done with their CRM. Easy to set up, customise, and actually delivers what a small to medium business truly needs. I love it!

Pros

Easy to set up Fully customisable Intuitive Simple reporting Integrates to social networks and web-to-business campaigns extremely simply

Cons

Page response times can be somewhat slower than the big-name CRM's. The web-to-contact and web-to-lead codes don't seem to work well with Google sites, which can make it difficult to use for someone who isn't particularly familiar with html Very minor cons compared to all the pros this app offers

I good value for what it costs you. Great for new start ups lookng to enter the CRM market and not sure what they want. Overall a good product but limited as you grow your database.

Having tried all major CRM tools (and I am old enough to have started with Siebel), I was looking for something that's simple, intuitive, mobile friendly and easy to use. Insightly rocks in every possible way and more. 1) Easiest setup and customization 2) Very cool integration with Google (Google Docs / Calendar / Contacts). Import contacts and viola - its all there. 3) Intuitive UX - the "News" tab scrapes the web to find latest updates and the Contacts syncs with LinkedIn / all major social media. 4) The best part = its iOS mobile app. If you like the web, you will even love the app. Thank you insightly - you are awesome. I did not need to try the customer service and tried leaving the "Customer Service" rating open but the review site mandates it.

We used this CRM for internal use as we organized and managed our client lists, projects, emails, and tasks. Our business is small but growing rapidly, and our client list grew exponentially within the last year - Insightly's system for tagging, it's icons, and it's organizational taxonomy was extremely helpful. That said, we didn't use all of its capabilities (like email blasts/templates), and I wish I'd been able to assign tasks to some of our other users. It felt a bit silo'd and secretive. We also had issues with privacy, as I, as the account holder, was able to see everything any other user could do - So our CEO chose to open a separate account in order to conduct his business sight-unseen. Turning off visibility would have been helpful, for efficiency's sake. The import/export list function for clients, etc. was far more helpful and effective than any other CRM we trialed. As long as our business is small, I'd use Insightly.

It makes my transaction management seamless. The ability to manage my notes, contacts and each project with an Activity Set keeps my "i's" dotted and "t's" crossed.

Pros

I like that there is a free version and that it can connect with a ton of other programs and apps that can help you along the way.

Cons

I really don't like the setup process, it is extremely confusing. They give you a lot of "sample data" to show what it looks like when you actually put your own real data in the system, but it is overwhelming to start with.

I have been using this product for about 6 months. I am not all together sure how to best use this product. I am an individual user who does marketing for a small health education clinic.

Pros

I like the tutorials. Each time I view one, I learn a bit more.

Cons

The learning curve seems steep. I totally understand how to make the program function but I am not so sure how to make the product functional.
