Works well but has several glitches. For example, my company logo didn't show up at all in any of the emails that got sent out. Their analytics is also poor. There was no way to filter which emails had been read, who specifically opened them, and which link they specifically clicked on. Pros Cheap and integrates with gmail. Also, it allows for a lot of integration. Cons I would like to be able to see custom reports and dashboards like other CRMs. It is also a little more pricey than Apptivo and others. Pros It's easy to find information about proposals and opportunities that coworkers are working on. It's easy to link contacts, leads, and opportunities. Also love that it connects with Outlook. The interface is logical and fast. I like the app. Cons There isn't a great notepad for keeping track of the client's needs. I end up using a separate document to take notes.
