Pros

The interface is really very nice. It's well designed which makes it easy to use the software. I like the availability of lots of videos that helps to train users on how to use the product. There are lots of integration options with third party tools. I also like the ability to easily customize the products to suit one's needs.

Cons

The android app appears buggy and tends to freeze intermittently. I think tasks management has to be improved so that it's easy to enter a task. I also wish the steps required to create reports aren't as many as they are now.

Solid overall experience. Great-loooking user interface, and easy-to-use.

Pros

Perhaps Insightly doesn't have a more visual workflow management like other software of its kind has, but the reporting feature is, in my opinion, the strongest feature, it has! You can really get granular with customization of reports, which is hard to find in CRMs of its kind.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is it does show a bit of a lag when it processes large amounts of data. Other than that it, serves great for small businesses. Perhaps I would make it a bit cheaper in the starting plus plan.

Very positive. Very good database for keeping track of our accounts and customers and it's easy to find the customer I'm looking for as long as I have the correct information.

Pros

I like how organized it is and it is fairly easy to navigate.

Cons

There's some glitches sometimes, and it takes a little bit to learn how to navigate.

It helped us break our systems down into more manageable processes and stay on track.

Pros

I love the ability to be able to sort large amounts of data into more manageable groups through tag words. I like that you can search through all your data by word and often get great results for things that aren't tagged!

Cons

While my data is organized as I want it, searching within that data has not been as effective as one might think. When I try to search and use some of my tag words, the results aren't always consistent. Searching without tag words sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Reason for choosing Insightly

I like the customizable task lists with reminder dates. It helps keep orders on track!

### "Easy to Use CRM Option"

Overall, my experience with Insightly has been positive. I don't mind working with it and have added a ton of contacts into our database using it.

Pros

I like that it is easy to add contacts-whether doing it one by one or uploading an excel spreadsheet with a bunch of contacts. There are a ton of fields that can be populated for each contact, including social media links. You can also create some of your own custom fields. Another feature I like is that you can "tag" your contacts so that you can easily search for contacts with those tags.

Cons

Like most CRM platforms this one isn't perfect for what we use it for. There are fields we don't use, and things that we could use for each contact. (That's why the custom fields come in handy)

coordination of our efforts. we have raised our planning horizon to 2 or 3 weeks out. We do a significant amount of USPS mailings through the year, approx 15,000 letters. Insightly has ignored the problem and has left it up to us to plod our way through a process they could drastically reduce.

Pros

Connectivity of all its functions. Speed of accessing data

Cons

Too many pebbles in the shoe! They move on with the sizzle, but ignore the steak.

Easy user interface The InSightly University provides lots of quick, well made instructional videos Free for a limited number of users Great for tracking grants, related documents, & timelines

Cons

If you have over a certain number of records the platform begins to charge a fee - this would be fine if there was an easy way to delete "records". For example, if I'm working on a grant that is finite and generates 200 "records" -- if I only desire to keep the final project and do not need the records generated along the way; I have to go in and delete each one. As a non-profit with a relatively small budget, this is a great tool, but is too time-consuming to go back and individually delete. Right now, we are a small growing non-profit. I would pay for this service eventually but cannot do so at this time. So freeware platforms will end up with my business now where InSightly delivers on quality - affordability isn't there.

### "CRM for those who like to keep it simple"

Unsightly appeared to be a good CRM option for one of our projects. As a user I liked Insightly for helping me with the deals and contact management.

Pros

Unsightly is CRM you can start using without time consuming preparation and interaction tasks. It is simple, with contact cards having all core info in one place. The service saved a lot of my time. I never seen so intuitively simple and comprehensive CRM ever since I used to work with Insighlty two years ago.

Cons

I personally saw now cons. But some of my colleagues (we used Unsightly for one of the projects I was involved to) complained the interface had English but no Polish or Ukrainian.

Insightly has really helped my efficiency and ability to keep up with the day-to-day things I have to do to grow my business. I'm hoping that I get enough clients and have enough work to do where I'll have to get one of the paid versions someday!

Pros

I use insightly to help me manage my video production clients and leads. You get a lot of powerful options without having to pay. I currently use their free version and I'm able to do all of the things I need to manage my small company. It helps me stay on track of tasks and manage the clients and projects I have going on.

Cons

Some of the ways to add projects or tasks to projects can be a bit cumbersome and clunky when on my smartphone. Maybe I'm not doing it right, but it seems like you have to go through quite a few steps to get to a pretty top-level function. When I'm on my computer or laptop though I can find everything just fine.

Pros

Insightly assures that my entire CRM based tasks are completely managed or not by it is bundle of features. Tracking all my deliverables and furthermore you know more about the needs and demands of customers is so much flexible through its enhanced features and functionalities.

Cons

Since we are attached with this product. We did not faced any issue. Even it is becoming more powerful and user-friendly.

Pros

I used this software for a few months, and I would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I did recommend it to a family member. This project management software is easy to use, and you can put A LOT of information in. I mean, you can have multiple projects, multiple facets within those projects, and then details and updates about what is going on everyday! It's really great if you're trying to hold yourself accountable and get reminders of things you need to do all along the way. If you need to remember a lot of small things every day, this is the answer for you.

Cons

If I'm remembering correctly, it's quite expensive. Unless you're working in sales.... or if Google Calendars won't be sufficient for you, I wouldn't recommend this software. It can almost be more work just updating this than it is a time saver.

Pros

I like the tasks feature the most on Insightly. The ability to easily share, track, include comments, attach emails and prioritize today's tasks makes life manageable.

Cons

I like least that there are still features I don't know how to use. I wish that there weren't so many ways to assign tasks - to organizations or people.

Insightly has been a real game changer for me, there is no way that I could keep track of all my customers, leads, and projects without it. And the free version is great for people just starting out with not budget for CRM systems.

Pros

Easy to use, the free version is pretty robust, and there is no “click here to upgrade” clickbait. The iphone and iPad app is really good even on the free version.

Cons

I’d like to see more customization options on the first level of a paid subscription. I’d also like to see Insightly offer some platforms for certain industries, such as yacht brokers like myself.

Pros

There are many, many things that Insightly does, which can also be a negative, since there are some features that are a little obsure and hard to use. Once you get used to it, and if you watch the tutorials, then the CRM becomes a fully integrated part of the sales process.

Cons

It is a little hard to get used to the software, since there's so much that you can do with it. I'm sure I'm underutilizing it, but I don't have the time to fully invest in the platform to learn all of its features.

Pros

Insightly is a really cool CRM that I mostly used as a secondary database to maintain a list of Key Contacts for our organization. The link feature is great when you want to make sure you are keeping track of connections and know who to contact when you want to reach certain targets. Being able to bcc an email and log your communications is really handy, too.

Cons

It was difficult for us to integrate this into our membership database. But other than that, no major cons. Worked well for us.

Pros

I've using Insightly for years. It is a very easy process to import prospect lists. Since I am the main user in my organization I've been able to use the basic functionality without needing the reporting and audit capabilities. Easy to cc outgoing mails to the prospect listing. Simplicity is the biggest benefit for Insightly. Anyone can import without needing IT support. Search function is incredibly simple. Setting follow up is a click and done.

Cons

If I don't set up a next step or follow up for a prospect, it is easy to lose track of the prospect forever. I don't use the formal opportunity function as I found it easier to keep track of progress by setting unique follow up listings.
