Pros: Exchequer 7 worked reasonably well, until our Account department were sold the abysmal Exchequer 365 and it's flaky sibling V1.

Cons: Our accounts personnel spend more time sitting on their hands than they do using the application, consequently moral is very low and confidence in the product is at rock bottom

Overall: Quite honestly the marriage of Exchequer 365 and V1 to the original Exchequer application is a disaster. It seems that whole cobbled together package was rushed to market before any long term testing was carried with Account managers trousering large commission on each sale. We have seldom had one day when some luckless technician from the support desk hasn't been tinkering with the V1 Exchequer 365 integration software whilst our accounts people sit on their hands. Be warned, this is a marriage made in hell, consequently we are seriously thinking of ditching the whole system and migrating elsewhere. The Exchequer 'Help' Desk is quite the most abysmal I have ever encountered too. Be warned.

Recommendations to other buyers: Avoid it like the plague
