Excellent service. As it's the first time opening a business shop, I had a great experience and help from the team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] . Not only helped me with different aspects of the program but also, professionally answered all my questions.

Pros

The program is very easy to learn, great customization and value. From the start to end of setting everything, could not be more happy.

Cons

Not too sure but probably to create more price variants. At the end I am very happy with everything.

Easy to use and well thought out program for setting up items, prices, customers, and scheduling when something needs to be done. Customer service was fast to help when I couldn't figure out how to set up printing. (forgot to save) when i was setting everything up. SOOO much better than square!!! since this is BIUT for what I actually do.

Pros

Everything is in ONE program. I am moving away from square and google calendar. Once someone in a bridal group suggested Geelus. I LOVE that everything is in one place. I can keep up with who does what job. And everything is user friendly on customizing the layout. Customer Service has been Awesome when it came to asking question as I was getting started.

Cons

so far I have no complaints. Other than the pricing is a little tricky. I was text messaging to send customer notifications when items are ready. And I did not notice that was a separate charge because I didn't see the pricing for it.

Website was very informative and using the app for free was very helpful. Once I subscribed the communications and support was incredible. Tech support was very knowledgeable.

Pros

Professional staff and very knowledgeable. Superb communications throughout the process. Support was excellent.

Cons

Nothing at all. price is competitive and upgrade is very busy to fit my business. Looking forward to expanding with Geelus.

Pros

What I liked most about Geelus is its intuitive interface and how easy is it to manage bookings and communication in one place.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike about Geelus, but if I had to mention something, it would be that some of the more advanced features can take a bit of time to learn at first.

Pros

We’ve been using Geelus for several months now, and it has significantly improved the efficiency of our business. The software is intuitive, well-designed, and packed with features tailored specifically for tailoring, alterations, and dry cleaning services. One of the standout aspects of Geelus is its user-friendly interface—our staff adapted quickly, and training new team members has been a breeze. The POS system is fast and reliable, and we love how easy it is to track orders, payments, and customer preferences. The cloud-based system means we can manage operations from anywhere, and the ability to set up automated SMS/email notifications for customers has really enhanced our service quality. Their customer support is also top-notch—quick responses and helpful guidance whenever we’ve had a question.

Cons

Geelus he helped speed up the running of our shop. It's so easy to use and we can quickly update our prices and add variants.

Pros

The system is very user friendly and easy to learn. There are training videos attached which were a great help.

Cons

Nothing, we love it. If there was one thing I'd like to see in more detail is the end of day report.

It's been a good experience -- the team is nice and responsive.

Pros

It's easy to use, straight forward and no frills. We are a small alterations business with 1 store so we don't need much. I could set things up and test very quickly. The team has been helpful to answer questions. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive systems but for our small business and our budget Geelus was the right choice for us.

Cons

Some of the features are a bit clunky -- the UI isn't the nicest (I demoed a handful of systems). It's not as customizable as it'd like it to be but that's just a nice to have.
