The customer service is really good and they answer the phone every time and help you on spot! With the App I don't have to be in the shop to see what is happening in real time. The overall functionality from the start of a transaction to the customer leaving the shop is excellent and makes the whole process easy. Pros It is very user friendly, no don't need to be an I.T wizzard to use it. Support is amazing. Nothing was too much to ask. Any time of the day or Week I called support answered immediatley. Support had outstanding knowledge of the Geelus software. Pros The system was able to be utilised from the start of buying it. No changes or alterations required, almost as if it was made specifically for my business. Much better functionality and able to use the latest hardware. Would highly recommend to any one from the Dry Cleaning industry. Pros The ease of use and the features suit my business.
