Pros: not much that i liked in this area. Better products but will not go into that here.

Cons: They auto charge your credit card and went up in price on our account without letting us know. They said they emailed an account which isn't valid. They failed to reimburse us for over 5k of unused portions of our account.

Overall: Not reasonable with refund of unused services for month. Tried to come to a reasonable understanding. Do your research and be cautious if using.

Comments: We elected not to go with DispatchBot for our scheduling needs because it does not have auto-routing capabilities (no algorithm to say "go" and watch it create your routes). However, if you are looking for a way to effectively communicate with drivers via mobile devices and visually assign rides for the future manually, it gets the job done well. Simple, free 14 day trial, quick support responses. Overall a solid pick.
