I would say that overall, the website has a nice design and posting jobs is simple. However, for my line of work, it had trouble matching candidates to the position we were looking for, and we recieved less interest compared to Indeed.

Pros

Something that I liked the most about ZipRecruiter is that they have recently teamed up with ADP and are included in their HR membership cost.

Cons

The thing I like the least about ZipRecruiter is that in my specific niche, the automated "ratings" are practically non-applicable.

ZipRecruiter is easy to use and makes it simple to get a job posting in front of a large audience. I appreciated the straightforward setup process, user-friendly dashboard, and the ability to manage applicants and communications in one place. The platform also generated a high volume of applicants relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the quality of candidates did not meet our expectations. The candidate matches suggested by the platform were often unrelated to the qualifications and experience required for our position. While we received several applications, none were strong enough to warrant an interview. For the amount of time spent reviewing applicants and the overall cost of the platform, the return on investment was disappointing. Although ZipRecruiter may be a good option for employers seeking applicant volume, our experience was that quantity did not translate into quality. We ultimately found other recruiting platforms to be more effective at delivering qualified candidates for professional-level positions.

Pros

ZipRecruiter is easy to use and makes it simple to get a job posting in front of a large audience. I appreciated the straightforward setup process, user-friendly dashboard, and the ability to manage applicants and communications in one place. The platform also generated a high volume of applicants relatively quickly. Pros: Easy to use, quick job posting setup, broad candidate reach, centralized applicant management, and high application volume.

Cons

Compared to competitors, our experience with ZipRecruiter was disappointing. Poor candidate matching, low applicant quality, and limited value for the cost. For the cost of the platform and the time investment required to manage postings and review applicants, we did not see a sufficient return on investment. Cons: Candidate matching was not accurate, applicant quality was low for our needs, and the platform did not provide sufficient value relative to the cost.

Ziprecruiter has always been there when I needed to hire quality clients for companies. I've worked for and my own company.

Pros

Zip recruiter brings me quality applicants very fast. And it simply just a great price for what they offer. They made the interviewing in hiring process easy.

Cons

I think ziprecruiter would benefit from having a section , specifically dedicated to the arts. This would help a lot of outside of the box.Business is fine creative people.

My overall experience with ZipRecruiter is a good experience it has matched up the company with some qualified individuals.

Pros

What I liked about ZipRecruiter is when you posted a job listing you could get highly qualified individuals for the job you have posted.

Cons

What I liked about the least of zipper recruiter is the is rather High and you still have applications from people that are not qualified which kind of takes up some of your time to weed through that.

Pros

The ability to add screening questions to job posts helps a great deal with fine tuning the job posting and making sure that the candidates fit the qualifications.

Cons

ZipRecruiter works well for some job postings but it seems that some professional level jobs don't have quite as many job seekers utilizing the platform. If you go on google and just type in the job you are searching for such as "RN jobs in Pennsylvania" or "Manager jobs in Pennsylvania" ZipRecruiter isn't prominently shown as much as other platforms.
