"Zip Recruiter is a good option when searching for candidates"

**Overall:** My overall experience is that it is a good tool when searching for candidates because their pool is very extensive.

**Pros:** Zip Recruiter has a large variety of resumes to search through and new ones are uploaded daily. They advertise on many social media outlets which helps to engage good candidates

**Cons:** I feel that even when I use the filters resumes imported don't include the best matches. The filters should have more options to narrow down best applicants.

"ZipRecruiter review"

**Overall:** My overall experience was challenging as it is difficult to search for jobs that are available. Also some job postings are old but still on the website.

**Pros:** I like that you can see which jobs you applied to and which employers are interested in you based on work experience, history and qualifications.

**Cons:** I dislike that there is not alot of job options to apply for which make the job search more dfifficult.
