"Good Platform Experience, Disappointing Hiring Results"

**Overall:** ZipRecruiter is easy to use and makes it simple to get a job posting in front of a large audience. I appreciated the straightforward setup process, user-friendly dashboard, and the ability to manage applicants and communications in one place. The platform also generated a high volume of applicants relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the quality of candidates did not meet our expectations. The candidate matches suggested by the platform were often unrelated to the qualifications and experience required for our position. While we received several applications, none were strong enough to warrant an interview. For the amount of time spent reviewing applicants and the overall cost of the platform, the return on investment was disappointing. Although ZipRecruiter may be a good option for employers seeking applicant volume, our experience was that quantity did not translate into quality. We ultimately found other recruiting platforms to be more effective at delivering qualified candidates for professional-level positions.

For the cost of the platform and the time investment required to manage postings and review applicants, we did not see a sufficient return on investment. Cons: Candidate matching was not accurate, applicant quality was low for our needs, and the platform did not provide sufficient value relative to the cost.
